“There are a group of friends that go every Thursday at 5pm. The ladies bring several homemade sheet cakes and share them with all the diners! Just beautiful!!And they have lavatories outside the bathroom to wash up after your boiled seafood. Such a convenience!!!Parking: Plenty parking I had no problem”

“Just about the cheapest in town all the time. Quick in and out even without calling first. If you want to stay and chat, they welcome that too, lol! Crawfish were very clean and they give you options on sizes. Also, you have the option on exactly how many pounds you want in the sack. You don't even have to have a sack, they can dump them straight into your ice chest if you like. Definitely recommend!”

“i've had take out from here,but this was my 1st time dining in,the restaurant was packed because it's Lent and it was a Friday night, our server was excellent,the food was delicious ?,i thought my softshell crab and oysters were a little darker than normal (maybe it was the grease),i enjoyed the shrimp patty,the rice was a little gummy in my gumbo, but the flavor was ok,the fried fish and shrimp looked and tasted wonderful,the oysters were fried the way i like them (not to crispy or hard)”

“Our appointment with Melanie was friendly and encouraging. We wanted our cake design to be custom but simple even though there would be elements of elaborate design. We were not disappointed. Our wedding guests marveled at how the cake was artistically detailed. Its presentation was spot on. And the color match perfect !Then there was the flavor. A frosting that was creamy, fillings that were full of flavor (lemon and coconut) and cake that was light, fresh and tasty. There was little cleanup at the end of our reception, because everyone in attendance wanted a share of the cake to take home.Thank you Melanie and Caro’s Cakes for contributing to our memories of one of the most wonderful days in our lives.”

The online menu categories are highly incorrect. Otherwise extremely friendly staff. The staff here a very respectful and polite. The food here is a can't miss!!(unless you order online) Try it out! “There's a ramp or stairs to get up to where you order. There are benches to sit on the large deck, under the roof, where you can wait for your food, or eat, but there is no indoor dining. The food is excellent, and the portions large! My husband adores their roast beef poboys! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, with no bread, and it was large enough that I had trouble finishing it all.”

“Thursday is Steak night at Vic's and it is a feast. The steak is grilled to perfection and barely leaves room on the plate for the baked potato and corn on the cob. Talk about delicious. Great Service with a smile in a down home atmosphere. Plus bread pudding with a choice of two sauces. VERY TASTY.”

“Been there once before while on a motorcycle ride with my boyfriend, didnt get to really meet anyone at that time. Went yesterday afternoon (02/27/19.) Met two of the nicest, coolest, funniest chicks, whom just happened to have been the most awesome bartender's this side of Raceland. They werent just buttering up for tips, they were truly genuine. This place has a great local atmosphere, with downhome feel, like you've been going there for much of your adult life, or that you grew up with the locals. Kudos to Ms. Christina and Ms. Meghan! (Sorry ladies, if i misspelled your names.) This is a most visit if you're out and about in the Raceland or surrounding areas!”

“This is my any my wife's new favorite spot in East Houma. A hidden gem of deliciousness! The service is above average and the atmosphere is relaxing. Although I haven't tried them yet, my wife claims the barbacoa tacos are to die for. I've had the fajitas mixtas and the California steak burrito and they were both very good. The burrito is my favorite so far. If I had to say one negative thing it's that they don't have margaritas yet (not sure if they have a liquor license yet) and the music is kind of loud. It makes it a little difficult to have a conversation with the acoustics, but overall a delightful little place for a lunch or dinner date.”
