Got take out. Fast, friendly service. The food was incredible. Had gumbo with rice and a full salad. Delicious. Looking forward to coming back to try other menu items.

Best Cajun cookin I've had. Been in the great state of LA for 11 years now, and this is my favorite spot. Was on my way to check out a St. Charles Catholic and Terrebone high School football game, and found this gem along the way. Catfish was perfect, alligator bite best I've ever had! Fried to perfection but not greasy. Okra, shrimp, and my buddy had the special in dat cream sauce, man I'm getting hungry thinking about it. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area! Top notch food!
A party of 5. Sat outside and got ate up by huge mosquitoes.

I had the Half and Half crawfish platter with fried crawfish tales and crawfish pasta. The fried crawfish was very good with mild seasoning on it, the crawfish pasta was ok but very loose and angel hair pasta was used instead of something like fettuccine but it did have a good flavor but a little more cheese in it would have thickened it up as well as give the taste a little something extra. I order the potatoes salad as a side and realized while writing this i never got my side. My wife had a order of boiled shrimp which were cooked well but just a little bland, her redbeans were good but also lacked a little flavor. Overall the food was good and would probably go again. This was our first visit here.

I was in town for work and was strongly recommended Boudreau's & Thibodeau's for supper. Based on that and Google reviews, I went. The atmosphere was fine, and my waitress was friendly and attentive.
I ordered the Boudin Links appetizer as well as the Jambalaya, Crawfish Pie, and Gumbo meal with a baked sweet potato on the side. The boudin, gumbo, and sweet potato were GREAT, but the crawfish pie and jambalaya were cold. Also, the meat in the jambalaya was tough on one side, which I took as either sitting under a heat lamp or being microwaved.

After trying all the other Cajun seafood places in Houma, we always come back to BnT. I've had the best boiled crawfish I've ever had here, even though that was a few years ago. Today I went with the alligator sauce picaunte, a truly Cajun dish. It was really good but super spicy. I thought I could handle the spice since you get some rice with it, but it was still really difficult. I took half of it home with me.
Everything else we got was quite delicious, except the seafood gumbo which probably was just an off day. We've had it before and it's been great, but today it was just ok. My little one got fried popcorn shrimp and those we're better than usual. So just be aware things can vary by cook.
The service is always great here. They use tablets now so orders are rarely inaccurate. And they can finish out your check right at the table which is very convenient.
I took off one star for atmosphere only because this place gets crowded and loud. We got there early for supper and got a seat right away, but it quickly filled up and got noisy. But when always loved the decor and the classic jokes posted everywhere!
In short, if you want the best place for Cajun food, go to BnT!

The food was ok ! I got the shrimp fettuccine and it was pretty bland , did not taste homemade. The chargrilled oysters were the best part of the meal. The server was excellent and the place was clean and I liked the decor

Seafood gumbo was very good. Charbroiled oysters had no crab meat and were small like a quarter. Fried oysters were also small. Cost of charbroiled was $29.99, add crab meat $6.99 and add jalepeno peppers $1.99. Total cost $38.97. Cost of each oyster was $3.25. Had mostly cheese. The service however was excellent.

Today is the first time we have dined at B&T
We were hesitant because of some reviews.
Obviously the less than stellar reviews are made by people that don’t know what south La cooking should taste like.
All of our dishes were much above average, and we dine out in New Orleans several times a week .
We had the onion rings, gumbo and potato salad,
Fried catfish, jambalaya and the white beans.
ALL outstanding!
The service was as good as it gets.
The prices are in line with the quality of the food.
