If you want to enjoy your meal eat anywhere else. This place will leave your wallet empty and your stomach sour. The management lacks ppl skills and doesn't care about the customers. We will not be returning.

Friendly and polite staff. The food was beyond amazing. If you want great food without breaking the bank, this place is 100% my choice! I will be coming back.

it's been 2 evenings of great experience, stewed crayfish, alligator with spicy sauce, jambalaya, super good, quantity, seasoning, attentive and very friendly service, very good background music, very pleasant temperature inside, I highly recommend this establishment

The best flavor in gumbo I've had in years! Red beans and rice are killing popeyes...I've never know any place that can beat popeyes red beans! Keep in mind I've lived in 44 states cause I travel and I'll be eating here quite a bit while in town.

Seating sucks. We waited in line to be seated before being placed in the seat right next to a work crew at the same table. It was uncomfortable. We were crowded & got elbowed. The fried mushrooms were good, but the sauce was bland & it took over 30 minutes to recieve. The etouffe was bland, & the premium side stuffed potato was basically a much more expensive Wendy's potato with less toppings. No salt on the peel even. All of the fried food tastes the same. I've been here twice & each time I haven't had any entrée I liked. The mixed drink was smelled & tasted off, but the server did take it back & remove it from the bill. The service wasn't good otherwise, however. We were hounded for an order. She asked if I was ready 5x in less than 10 minutes. There was no line after us. I kept saying that I was waiting for our appetizer before I ordered. Once the food arrived, she disappeared. When I asked for a box, her expression changed & it looked like she was trying to let us know that was an inconvenience for her. It is a cool building, but this restaurant is way too expensive for the service and food to be just "eh." $80 for crawfish etouffé, a catfish plate, fried mushrooms, 2 cokes, & a tip? We won't be back.

If you are still hungry by the time you are finished with this place, I’m sorry but no one can help you then. Large portions of flavorful food. Give the alligator a hug.

Parking: The parking lot is sized for the restaurant. If the lot is full, so is the restaurant. But, if no one liked the place, then no one would go there.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love the life size preserved alligator. Kids menu available.

Onion rings are still superb! That shrimp poboy is so big and DELICIOUS!! One of the top poboys in the parish! All the pasta dishes are great too!

On Saturday evening, our group of 7 dined at Boudreaux and Thibodauxs. We were looking forward to our dining experience and placed our orders for appetizers and main dishes, including the crab legs special. Unfortunately, one person in our party did not receive their food, which was mistakenly served to another guest. She received additional clusters on her plate. One worker suggested sharing the mistakenly served crab legs, but I found this unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, another member of our party did not receive the correct dish they ordered.The situation was further exacerbated by remarks from staff regarding it being normal in cajun country sharing food from other plates, which was unprofessional. Even told us we needed to pay for the mess up or they would take the additional 2 crabs legs back! Yes! REALLY! She took them back! Eventually, the missing dishes were brought out, but not before causing discomfort for all guests. At that point I asked for their names. One replied Honey and the other was Kim. Our waitress seemed horrified with the 2 ladies behavior as she kept apologizing on their behalf. I intend to address this matter with the owner as this level of service is unacceptable, particularly considering the amount of money spent. Worst service I've ever experienced.

Never again. My daughter food was given to another plate at the table .the management said just take it off that plate and put on yours well not acceptable .also they came to the table and said if you not paying for this we will take it back so they took it off her plate well it was there mistake that she had 2 more crableggs on her plate so unprofessionals. Also with the whole ordeal the two people at our table that had a mix up with there food gotton sick .so did the staff tamper with the food ? The whole ordeal was so unprofessional. We drove 6 hours to attend a dinner with family and friends but was not satisfied with the service. We have no problem with paying for good food but with covid going around eating off off each other plate is not acceptable. The management said here in cajun County we all do that she said they all ear off each other's plate well not acceptable with us.Any other restaurants would have fixed the problem by bringing another plate to the table knowing it was there mistake

We really enjoyed this establishment. The have the best gatotr bites, very tender. My wife had a platter of boiled shrimp, dungeness and snow crab and absolutely loved it. I had the crawfish étouffée which wasn't bad but I have had better but I have had worse. Maybe when the crawfish are in season it will make a difference. Overall, a very good spot for the local food.
