I gave it 2 stars because there is plenty of parking and service was good. This was our first and last time eating here. All of our dishes lacked seasoning. The shrimp Alfredo was so salty, I had to send it back. The gumbo and blackened red snapper didn’t have any flavor. The fried pickles tasted like very old pickles. The batter was absolutely horrible. The alcoholic beverages tasted like pure juice. The duck was fried really hard in old grease. Their salads need to be served in bowls. Our waiter was really nice and food came out fast.

Food was not the best, flavor is 3/5, service is not much better, but the problem here seems to be the quantity they place on a plate, it is simply too little...went with my wife, spent over $100 and walked out hungry...

I went in there to order 4 pounds of crawfish to go on Saturday Easter Eve. I was told they were not selling to go orders, dine in only. I told the hostesses Seth that we were going to sit down and order our crawfish, eat a few and leave with the rest. After being seated and waiting for over 10 minutes, we were never waited on and we just got up and left. On Monday I called the owner and spoke with her voicing my frustration. I told her that $40 out the door or $40 inside sitting down is still $40 no matter what. She offered an apology onlyand that was all like she really didn't care. She told me they chose a sell only to customers inside. What type of business rationale is this for a business owner? She offered no compensation whatsoever to come by and patronize her business. With that type of attitude I will not go back and I definitely would not refer anybody else to go there. They appear to be only about a dollar and catering to certain people. Good luck to you who decide to go there.

04/01/24Glad we came across this lil gem. Cute decore. Excellent service and the food was very good. The crayfish pie was very flavorful. So wasn't the jambalaya. Ice tea was sweet and fresh. If I had to give a critique. It would be the French fries need to be crispy. Ours were soft. It's a busy spot for a good reason.

By far the best place to eat in Houma,Fast, Friendly, Family oriented place. The server, Sarah Guidry, was the best! Sarah, did 150% customer satisfaction ? she had our food and drinks out very fast! Ask for Sarah, when you dine here! She will give you the best cajun food experience!
