ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT TWO FLATTOP SMALL SNOWBALLS COST $9!!! Like I took two sips out of that snowball and it was gone there’s no way it should cost that much. then i got handed the snowballs FULL of juice and sticky and I asked for a drop cup which why is it a extra charge if you’re going to hand me the snowballs like that… it’s genuinely sad on how these people hand these snowballs like that and don’t even try to fix it but instead up charge you.. and this has never been the first time either, it is everytime

I visited Brooke's today and was able to get my pickle snoball! Definitely cools you off on a hot day. Also, they do a punch card system here!

Waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes for them to over charge me and get my order wrong and treated me poorly. This place is absolute trash. I will never spend another penny there.

Great food and sno balls but mediocre service and horrendous location. Workers are slower than snails and don't care either. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes before getting your order and even longer before being able to place it. You would think when busy they would have some mild sense of urgency but no. The awful location and tiny parking area makes it worse. No matter if you go through drive thru or park, you'll wait just as long, and even longer to try getting out of the parking lot. If service was quicker this wouldn't be a problem.

Went today for a snow ball for my kid at 4pm and was in the drive thru line for 30mins and never moved. Had to back out and leave and fine somewhere else to go. Don't get me wrong there snowballs and food is good but omg the setup at this location is horrible for the slow service in drive thru. Never again rather take that drive to bayou Blue to get snow balls

Ordered food & a snowball. Snowball was ok. All the food was very greasy and tasted fishy. We did not order fish. The fried mushrooms were inedible and were thrown away.

Staff is extremely nice and they go above and beyond for their customers. I love my Oreo blast with extra Oreos!!!

It’s not giving me an option to give you a message about this but you might want to maybe run to Walmart to get bigger straws. Did yall run out ? These straws are little. I can’t get to all of my snowball The flavor and texture is top notch. Minus the straw it’s awesome. Go get some bigger ones 🤣🫶🏻
