I got a whopper meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Allwas stone cold, the bread so stale was falling apart, the tea tasted a week old. And dont get me started on the fries, so cold and hard, like they had been sitting all day. Totally disgusting and a waste of $25.00!!

They literally fuck up every time I come here. Which isn't too often. These bitches go tell me they don't have an item on the menu but was gonna charge me separately for said menu items that they didn't have. So then when I ordered I asked for ONLY ketchup as my husband is ALLERGIC to other ingredients they add on. What did I get ? Said menu item with ALL toppings. Which I'm glad we looked before leaving parking lot. When brought in WRONG menu item. The said "manager" told employee they fucked up . said employee responded VERY unprofessionally. Which is no surprise there. The one on Polk street is WAY better. Don't waste your time dealing without these bullshit of an excuse WoRkErS

Dined in. Family ordered ahead of me. She gave the cashier $25, and he put $24. My husband and I ordered next and gave $40 and he put down $25 again. I made a comment and the manager disrespectfully and rudely said he was in training. The restaurant was disgusting. No tables were clean. Literally the manager wiped a table off with her hand on to the floor. The garbages were full. The workers had friends there and were more focused on looking at them and laughing then being able to run a register. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE MANAGER IS DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL! NOBODY IS TRAINED PROPERLY THEY SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE UP FRONT IF IN TRAINING. THE FLOORS GARBAGES AND TABLES ARE BEYONE FILTHY!! STAY AWAY! If you don’t want to do your job DON’T WORK HERE OR ANYWHERE! WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I ordered a "coupon special" this am, at the drive thru, order #46 @ 10:442am from : Burger King #10607- Address: 1637 Martin Luther King Blvd. , HOUMA, Louisiana 70360 date: 10/28/2022. The Coke Zero which came with the meal tasted like pure carbonated water. I returned to the window and told the lady about the drink and asked for another drink. She exclaimed that "all our coke drinks taste like that right now". I inquired as to " why would you sell that to customers , if you know the dispensing machine isn't working properly ? I did NOT receive a reply. I was simply told that the caustic tasting Coke Zero could not be handed back to her... That is disgusting that the workers knowing this -would still serve these caustic tasting cokes to customers instead of saying our machine is not working or we're out of coke. I will never purchase from this location again. Thank you for allowing me to opportunity to report this issue. I am certain that Burger King would like customers to be served good tasting food and drinks.

Ordered Thur the drive thru! There was no customers inside and 1 vehicle ahead me and was told to pull up! Waited 10 mins for 2 whopper combos got home 3 mins away everything was cold! This restaurant is slacking! Not my first bad experience there!
