I ordered a double meat cheeseburgers whooper with lettuce tomato and mayo only!! I was given a whopper jr with cheese, mustard, ketchup, and pickles. I was told a whopper cheese burger was same size as whopper jr, which I know is incorrect I’ve order this same burger for over 40 yrs. Then I was told it’s extra for lettuce and tomatoes! She insisted I did not order lettuce, tomato and mayo only I had ordered what she decided to put on it. She then requested that I move up to wait, I refused because she would not own her own mistake. Needless to Burger King on West Park I will NEVER return to your place if business. NEVER!! Burger King in front of the green Walmart, I pray people read this and turn the opposite direction !!!!

They always have good customer service but the lady working the window this morning on may 30 2023 when I was getting breakfast before work truly top tier. She is a ray of sunshine absolutely amazing she deserves all the raises, and it definitely made my morning better for work.You cant teach that type of customer service she is amazing. Great location foods always fresh and they are pretty quick but I don't mind waiting
