Usually love the place. Except for the last time I went . I dont know what happend , if they were overworked , under paid , or just didn't want to be there. I stepped away from the table for 5 mins to let my child dig in the mine, came back and my table was cleared with food I wasn't done eating , so the rest of the food I was waiting on I ordered to go and they got the order wrong . Its like I went there was rushed and paid for food I couldn't even eat. It was simple NO ONIONS NO TOMATO. call me a KAREN all you want . If a business is open to serve you and they cant do it right , something should be looked at. My waitress was exceptional tho . The kitchen needs to get better at reading tickets and whoever cleaned my table after I asked them NOT to should ask before they touch people stuff . Do better !!!!

Very busy location prepare to wait 2+ hrs for food. First off, I was hit in the head with a strong force with a large outdoor heater being drug by an employee Friday night who never saw me. Other Employees friendly and staff attentive. Gumbo served cold containing rice and 2 small shrimp. Hamburger steak burnt, crab claws burnt, hamburgers dry, broiled oysters delicious. Drinks take 1 hour to get. Our waitress who was waiting the table next to us lost their credit card. Was not found. She came to our table crying. Props to the guy bringing out the food. If everyone was like him working there this could be a great place. I come to listen to TonyB along with many friends. Will I ever return is another question

We’re from Houston and had an awesome experience here. Our waitress Larke was super kind and gave great recommendations — the Gumbo was incredible. We came back the next day because of her service and the food. She even gave us tips for New Orleans. We’ll be back!

Butterfly Shrimp were very good. I didn't realize the fish was thin fish. It was heavily battered. I thought I was eating batter instead of fish. Menu should state thin fried fish. I would have ordered something else. Service was good. I had been here before but never ordered fish. Will come back in the future.

Saturday night in large outside area is pleasant and most appropriate for large groups. A live band provided good entertainment, but the volume was a little on the loud side. The softshell crab sandwich was delicious, as well as the Half and Half platter of fried oysters and shrimp. The pepper jack boudin balls were okay, but I'd try one of their other options. Overall, I'd return and try other dishes.

Went to Cajun critters about an hour ago, ordered 1 dozen no 1 s crabs a pound of shrimp 1 corn and mushrooms, out of a dozen of crabs 4 skinny no meat 1 mushy, could not eat mushrooms to spicy , service was not coming around all for a disappointing 125.00 and some change , this was not our first time going, but never going back,
