Best place ever!! My favorite place to stay during Mardi Gras!!!

Fiancés burger was overdone. Only three tables had people seated but still took 30 minutes to get a burger and a club sandwich. Heard waitress say she was the only one working. Not good for lunchtime.

Went for the Thanksgiving buffet and the hostess was very rude. Food was good, but slow service for drinks and check out. Seems like the employees were very stressed out. Last year we went and it was great all around, this year it was not.

I ordered Seafood Benedict , the bottom of the eggs are burnt and have a ridiculously rubbery texture to them , inedible. Who ever is cooking the eggs needs to study up on how to control the heat.

Lunch special menu rotates daily; ordered the chicken alfredo pasta with green beans. Service was fast, and the food was tasty & filling. The dining area is modern and clean.

Not very good but convenient If you are staying at the Plantation Inn. One waitress was a sweetheart and the other one could care less. I gave five stars for her service not the other one.The place is attractive and comfortable.

Whoever is supposed to be the cook doesn't know how to cook and the waitress doesn't follow directions on how you want your food. What was supposed to be SOS gravy was an unseasoned white gravy with cut up sausage patties placed on open biscuits. A true SOS gravy has rolls of sausage browned up in a pot just like you would do to brown ground beef. Once breakfast sausage is browned, put in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Next you add the milk, salt and pepper and stir until desired consistency. My biscuits were on the hard side like they were over cooked. My mom's toast was not buttered and was cold when brought to the table. I ordered a Western omelette with salsa on top of the omelette with hash browns as the side. I ended up with something that was not a western omelette and the salsa was put on top of the hash browns which weren't cooked all the way. Hash browns are supposed to be browned up on the outsides and white inside. What I got was shredded potatoes that were all white. This was the first time eating there and it will be the last time. I will never eat at nor order from this so called bistro ever again.
