Even tho we left a $6 tip, the waitress did not even ask a single time if we were satisfied or needed anything. The Philly cheesesteak was absolutely disgusting and just a blob of Mayo over steak meat and you could not see an ounce of cheese. The Mayo was falling out the sides and the club sandwich was just as disappointing! $48 for two sandwiches and two drinks and a $6 tip… and couldn’t even enjoy the meal! So disappointed!!!

Disappointed:I had the sweetest old lady taking my order, their was a miscommunication with my order and she did her best to resolve the issue for me, she was the best cashier I’ve had in so long. But the kitchen staff and manager was rude, not to me but to the lady in the front. It was an honest mistake and she did everything in her power to solve it for me. I could hear the staff talking about it with an attitude towards her, and I know if I heard it so did she. I am disappointed in the way the manager handled the situation.

We travel around so we are always looking for a good local place to eat. Castalano's did not disappoint. I had a Tuna Salad, the Tuna was tasted fresh and was seasoned perfectly. My sig other had the Tuna Sandwich and he also was impressed by the fresh and tasty tuna served. We got our food to go on a Thursday night and it appeared everyone's order was to go that night, the service was a little slow, but worth waiting for.

Saw 2 other kitchen workers and no one greeted with a "hi or hello" so I just think customer service goes a long way on these reviews and the return of customers.Today as I was waiting for my order it was very UNFORTUNATE for me to see the cashier as on receipt (KAILEI B.) in between waiting on customers,handling money, and answering their phone, step away to a nearby stationed utility cart in plain site and actually boxed their cheesecake desserts with very BARE UNWASHED/ UNSANITIZED HANDS!!! NO GLOVES WHATSOEVER!!!! When the phone rang she wiped her hands on her clothing to answer the phone then went right back to touching the cheesecake with her bare hands to set out on their dessert table for people to purchase. My skin crawled!!! Someone also walked in and paid with cash money and as expected she still didn't attempt to wash her hands! Although my food total was $25.16 I trashed it once I got home. Just couldn't trust what could be going on in that kitchen. I'm sorry but I won't be going back after witnessing all of this!

Everything was good, I ordered a muffalata and it was good, just not the best I've had..Daughter ordered the chicken club and it was good, just could have used some kinda sauce. It was kinda dry, but good.I'd go back again

His spaghetti in just like my Italian grandma used to make. My husband loves the meatball poboy. Today I tried something new...turkey burger. Omg it was such a treat. They happily modified the burger for my diet.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a Plate lunch and a Caesar chicken Wrap. The wrap was so dry! The grilled chicken on my wrap was TOO SALTY and overall the wrap was DRY, it was like they placed the lettuce on the tortilla & drizzled Caesar dressing, where as most places I've had a Caesar wrap from tossed the lettuce in the dressing the placed it on the tortilla. The homemade macaroni was DRY.

Ordered the fried chicken Alfredo. Said it was a fried chicken breast. What I got was a processed chicken patty. Probably made with chicken breast but certainly not as advertised. Threw it away and ate the pasta. Pasta was ok. Very disappointed.
