Food quality has gone way downhill in last 5 years in my experience. Went and had their shrimp salad last month and while they advertised decent sized 30 count shrimp on the FB page what I got was teeny tiny 100 count shrimp. It seems every time I go the past few years I leave disappointed. When I first started coming here around 2010 the food was always great. Just seems like they are cutting corners now to make more money and the quality has suffered.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a Plate lunch and a Caesar chicken Wrap. The wrap was so dry! The grilled chicken on my wrap was TOO SALTY and overall the wrap was DRY, it was like they placed the lettuce on the tortilla & drizzled Caesar dressing, where as most places I've had a Caesar wrap from tossed the lettuce in the dressing the placed it on the tortilla. The homemade macaroni was DRY.

We stopped for lunch at the location on Park in Houma. My husband had shrimp poorboy with house made chips. I had eggplant parmesan over angel hair pasta, accompanied by Italian green beans and a lovely piece of garlic toast. My meal was exceptionally good and I plan to have it again. I also had a side of the family recipe Italian sausage which was also delicious. Everything made with pride and passion for great food. Love this place!!

Castalano's provided Chicken Sausage Gumbo for a family event this January. I'm from Houma, and it was one of the best gumbos I've ever had!

Omfg... I just had the Chicken, bacon wrap and potato salad. Seriously one of the best chicken wraps I’ve everrr had. The potato salad is sooo good too, it’s very flavorful but not too crazy like some people get. I don’t know how I missed this place in town but I will be back again this week. Haha

Took over an hour to get our salads. Grilled tuna was cold. Crab cakes were imitation. Never eat there again. Disappointed

Price is really good for what you get. It is not my number 1 choice but it is pretty good. Food is good for the most part. chicken is sometime rubbery tasting.
Tropical chicken salad and philly cheesesteak are my 2 faves from here. So good

I've been going to Castalano's in Houma for years now - love the food and service. Today I was in Morgan City and picked up lunch to go and the service was just phenomenal. To the ladies working (I don't remember the names), y'all rock! Also, this stuffed chicken plate lunch is heavenly.
