Second time this week I went to CC’s CC's Coffee House of Houma on Tunnel Blvd and have literally waited 35 minutes with only one car in front of me. The girl working the window today was leaning out of it chit chatting with whoever was in the car laughing and joking. Like people do have a job to get to!!! Horrible Customer Service!! Got my order wrong and when I went to correct the girl (name on receipt is Lucy) she yelled at me and slammed the window in my face. After I spent over $25 and didn’t get 2 items I ordered!!! I will never go back!!!! Starbucks or Sweet Envy is faster and better customer service!!!

This place never disappoints me and I like to try all the coffee places and CC's is by far my favorite the coffee always taste great no matter what you get if you want your coffee to taste like coffee and not water this this place is where you should go to get your coffee the inside of the place is nice and clean there is places to sit and meet up the environment is calming and pleasantKid-friendliness: I have brought my kids in here to get smoothies and the workers were kind and doesn't mind my children all talking at once

Staff is friendly, coffee shop is clean. Only thing odd is the free WiFi is password protected, the password is long and written on a piece of paper at where you order. So you awkwardly have to rush entering the password on your phone after placing your order but while you hold up anyone in line behind you.

My girlfriend and I have been going here 7 days a week for years, never used to have a problem until recently. The service got horrible. Some of the employees are very rude. I don't know what changed but they don't have our business anymore. I recommend Starbucks better.... Where they treat their customers with great respect and a smile to make you come back.

Since Starbucks has been closed for renovations I have come here twice. Both times were not that great. The coffee I got was delicious, but for some reason the barista couldn’t understand when I asked for more cream in my drink. Actually, the second time I went she made a fuss in front of my friend on how she would have to pour my drink out and I’d lose espresso in order to add cream. When it was as simple as opening the lid and pouring it in. So, my review is the lack of respect for customers, and the fact that they will argue with you if you correct what they are making. I mean don’t get me wrong, but if I am ordering a $7 coffee I’d expect it to be made correctly, and if I ask for something NOT to be argued with.

Come here every morning and get the same thing well didn't get to this morning so came this afternoon and honestly it was the worst and rudest service I have ever got.

We go here alot and some of the girls remember our order everytime. Abbie and Ashley (I look on the receipt) are awesome and I think the place would burn down without them, because they are always there. Very positive attitudes and its nice to have good customer service from them. We call them the "A" team, because they have "A" names. Give them a raise.

This coffee shop quietly has the best coffee in town!!But unfortunately if you have 20 minutes to get to work in the morning you will be late. This is the slowest drive thru in the history of the drive thru. LIKE SLOW!!And they still make you sign a credit card receipt to even slow you up even more. This place drives me nuts because the product is so good
The coffee was great, 4 shots of espresso! There was a Fly buzzing around my table. We were the only ones there but it wouldn't leave us alone.

I love ccs. I always get the spinach and feta croissant and a sugar free turtle mochassippi. I also get a vanilla minisippi for my kid. Always friendly. Great atmosphere!

I went to get a coffee and service was unfriendly and straight up rude. The next time my wife and I went, the server was friendly. So we told her about the other server. She took my words and twisted them around as I was making threats. Then the manager texts my wife about it. Saying I was making threats. So guess my lawyer will be getting involved in this situation. Never again
