Fries were stale. They immediately brought me more obviously from the same batch. They were just as stale. I didn't bother asking for more. Won't be dining at this location again

Great, as usual! I got the cobb salad w/ nuggets around 20 mins from closing. I felt bad going so late, but the staff were still friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, my salad was as fresh as ever.

Staff is very friendly and great customer service on past orders. The manager Mrs Louise is amazing! She helped me fix a catering order this morning that i made an online error with and was able to get the correct order in for a crunch time situation! She put my worries at ease right away and said “lets get this fixed”😊 Houma Chick Fil A is awesome!!!
