Always slow even after peak times (lunch , dinner )in car drive through . It could be 4 cars only and you wait ,, some days people behind you get their orders first . Catering orders I placed for events have also been screwed up, forgotten, wrong and not ready at pick up time . The west location is way better in service . Management and correcting of this east side location has been lacking since the opening
Definitely not as efficient as the west side location. The wait during lunch was ridiculous.
I love Chick-fil-A, I love the grilled chicken sandwich meal and I also love the grilled nuggets, and I love their fries and I really love their chips lemonade and their friendly atmosphere.
