Me and my wife went eat here for the first time, our waitress Maddy was so helpful with the menu, and gave us quick service. She stay by us and waited to make sure our steaks liked we wanted them. She was also very respectful.

I like Chili's it's good food . They took a while with my order I had to wait for 20 minutes and I wasn't too happy about that. I was picking up an order that I had placed online. Took a while but they were busy and it was a Friday night so I'll give him a pass

so we weren’t able to eat our food, but im still giving 5 stars because it was deserved. Our waitress was great fantastic and attentive. food was slow to come out but she kept walking back and checking between the kitchen and the dining area on customers. When the food finally came out it was cold. Even the plates were cold. The manager came out you could tell she had been working her shirt was wet like she had been doing dishes. she apologized and said they were very short staffed in the back and she was helping where she could. It speaks volumes when the manager is willing to jump in and help her staff like that. So no the food wasn’t that great but how they handled the situation was correct and professional

Horrible service. Some sort of manager walked by me and my wife a couple of times and completely ignored that we had not yet been served at the bar. Come on man do better.

It’s been twenty years since I lived in Houma. Once a month I’d take the gang to Chili’s on a Thursday evening to let off some steam. Great times were had by all.

Being in Houma brought back those memories and so I decided to have dinner at Chili’s.

I should have known better to order a steak from a non steak house. Medium equals cremated.

Service was great. Atmosphere was ok considering it was a Sunday night

Anyway it was nice to wallow in the memories.

Joke of a place. Management is Mia. Building is run down and the food is garbage. Save yourself a d go ANYWHERE else.
