Even on a Mardi Gras parade night, we still received prompt service with a full restaurant. The place was very clean and our food tasted excellent. Fresh & hot! But...it would not have been as good of a family night out without the very kind smiles, patience & swift service from our waitress Angelique...I don't know if I spelled her name right. She was bombarded with work but stayed on top of everything. Every worker there had smiles and moved quickly. They have a good thing going. Everything was smooth and the visit was one to remember! Thank you to all the cooks, management & workers. Definitely recommend this Chili's. God bless! Oh, I forgot to take pictures of my food but it looks so good we just couldn't resist and again but if you want to know what it looks like you get a good idea from the menu. Mouth-watering

Service was horrible.. The food was good, but the Bartender had a serious attitude problem. She needs to quit if she’s that unhappy with her job.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The service was terrible hardly was checked on or anything. Had to wait 10 mins to get seated when there was barely anybody in there. Waited 1 hour for my and my husband's food. My burger slider buns were hard and stale and my husband's tortillas for his fajitas were hard as well. We had gotten cheesy fries and it was burnt. The whole entire experience was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. And when we brought issues up to our server all she did was try to argue with us about the issues we were having. Highly disappointed a big waste of $80.

Shopping with my friend and we stopped in to have a margarita. Worst service ever! No one at the door, we sat ourselves at the bar. Sat at the (dirty and empty) bar for about 5 min, then a manager with pink hair and 2 inch finger nails greeted us and said the bartender was busy....we were the only ones in the bar. We saw the bartender briefly, twice. One other person came in and sat at the bar, got the same terrible service we did. There was exactly one table seated in the dining room and total 3 ppl at the bar and staff was no where to be seen. Absolutely terrible. I bartended for 25 yrs, and I certainly cut a lot of slack if it's busy, but when it's quiet there's no reason at all for that kind of service.

Restaurant is clean and bathrooms were as well, it wasn't very busy upon arrival but service was just ok. Had to ask for drink refill and some of my entree's were over cooked.

I ordered two kids meals and two adult meals. The mini burgers were hard and the fries were stale. They were more concerned with closing the restaurant.

Chili's has been that one place you forget about for years and you finally come back and they welcome you with open arms. Since they started the reward points, we haven't eaten there very much. Nonetheless our account is easy to access and we've never had points disappear on us.
The servers and hostess are always very friendly at least until something goes wrong. My wife will never let me forget the time I made one of the waitresses cry because she got our order wrong and I wasnt even yelling at her. I've also had one argue with me about how they "didn't" change anything on a food item I've gotten before that came out very different this time for some reason.
This visit went well, I just wasnt too happy with the brisket quesadillas and the pizza my kid got. They've been better in the past. They also ran out of the seasonal margarita so we haven't gotten to try it yet. Our waitress this time acted like an old friend and it improved our visit greatly.
Chili's has been hit or miss for me in past years, but you can always count on friendly staff and decent food.
