Chili's Grill & Bar

It’s been twenty years since I lived in Houma. Once a month I’d take the gang to Chili’s on a Thursday evening to let off some steam. Great times were had by all.

Being in Houma brought back those memories and so I decided to have dinner at Chili’s.

I should have known better to order a steak from a non steak house. Medium equals cremated.

Service was great. Atmosphere was ok considering it was a Sunday night

Anyway it was nice to wallow in the memories.

Joke of a place. Management is Mia. Building is run down and the food is garbage. Save yourself a d go ANYWHERE else.

Our bartender Sarah was awesome!!! She was so sweet and accommodating to all her customers. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was fast.

This was my cheat day, treat day.. my steak was not cooked per my request. It was tasteless as well. I discarded 1/3 of it...wasted calories, time and money...I ordered takeout from the bar and the bartender/server was amazing

The servers are very attentive and friendly. If you have an issue they're quick to correct any problems.

So tired of literally every single time I have come here in the past two years the service has been absolutely horrible. This is the last time I’ll ever be visiting the Houma location. Me and my partner waited almost 20 minutes for a server and were walked past multiple times and servers even sang a birthday song. We had to be moved after we asked the host if there was anyone who would be serving us as no one ever came. He proceeded to move us without reason and we sat for another ten minutes before getting up and politely leaving. As a blue haired server walked past us before we walked out, you can hear her very unprofessionally comment “WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE GETTING SAT.” it sucks because I love chillis and for some reason, it’s just this particular location that just always has terrrrrible service. I’ve worked in the service industry for 15 years and I’m a certified service trainer and have even managed restaurants, so therefore I feel there isn’t an excuse for this pattern of repeated unacceptable service. Also to be clear there were literally seven tables in the whole building. There were four occupied tables in the bar. So again, not even that busy but terrible service. I wonder why.

Meagan was one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. She made our dining experience so enjoyable. Food and drinks were good and restaurant was clean.

It's been about a year since i dined here , and the service here has really improved , I gave them another chance and they've really redeemed themselves within the last year. I will be back

My burger was nice and juicy and fixed just as I requested . They even bought me some extra sauce for my salad . Thanks to our server she was awesome .
