Kids had the best day! Workers were all extremely nice, the place gets 5 + stars for being extremely clean as well. Definitely worth driving over an hour to have somewhere safe and nice to bring our kids.

The food took forever and when we finally got it was cold. We stayed for a hour when we went to redeem our points the manager Meghan was working the toy area and told us we had to go to the front to redeem our e points okay cool. JaAden was working the front and was trying her hardest to help us but poor thing couldn't get it. She asked the Meghan "the manager" to help us and she refused. It took 25 mins for someone to come from the back to help us redeem our e points. Got then redeemed went to the toy area to cash the points in Meghan "the manager" looked us in our face and turned and walked away and sent JaAden to help us. Meghan is very rude and unprofessional and truly does not need to be in that line of work if she going to treat people like that. JaADEN WAS GREAT!!! You can see she felt bad for the way we were treat by the so called manager.

Told the worker I wanted the 30 minutes of play, after about 5 minutes of play the card didn't work. Asked why the card stopped working and was told I paid for 30 points instead. The worker lied and said I said I wanted 30 points. I know what I said and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I guess the workers are believed rather than the customer. Won't be back, I don't deal with liars.
Price was to much and staff wasn't happy ones and sure did they show it wouldn't eat here again it was good but not anymore pizza was not even close to the same

I loved this place as a kid i’m very glad it’s still open and idk about the price or anything for the coins and pizza bc i was too young but i had a lot of fun ? but i do remember the prizes costing a lot of money/tickets oh well 10/10 would go to for fun ?
