Waited in line for 15 minutes, and when I finally got to the window, they were out of tenders. I barely ever come here, so I was excited after a long time, but I left very dissatisfied. I won’t be coming back again.

Should be 0 stars. In line for 15 minutes and the line is backed up. The service is slow and no one has received food yet. I guess they pluck and fry the chicken when you order because there is definitely no chicken ready to be served. Horrible

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! The wait at this store is ALWAYS. 30-45 minutes BEFORE ordering then another 30-45 after ordering, ya’l need to get more help it’s pitiful to have to wait that long after driving 15 minutes one way to get here, then realize they didn’t get your order right, on a positive note good to see them cleaning the outside, inside next

Got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times. I also was charged more for the wrong order rather than the order I kept trying to make. Cost me more than I intended to pay all due to their staff not doing their jobs properly. Then the young lady that was at the register also had an attitude. The place looked ghetto and filthy as well. We ended up not even eating all our food and just leaving. I'm very upset about this experience. It was the first time I didn't time with my adult kid for a long time and this is how our dinner date went. Not a happy customer; I don't recommend this establishment to anyone!
