They cook the cinnamon rolls and put them in plastic containers under a heat lamp to dry out, then when you order one, they go get the icing and put it in the microwave to heat up and pour it on the dry, hard roll. I wouldn't do it again.

Anytime I came to Houma I had to stop in and get a cinnamon roll I bragged to everyone that would listen lol ! But came in today 9-14-2025 and I must say I was sad 😢 the cinnamon roll was so small ( for the same price ) and it was hard!!! I won’t be coming back now anymore what a vet sad day for me ðŸ˜!!! I used to go here every time I came to Houma I JUST HAD to get a cinnamon roll they was SO BIG and the best I ever had !!!! But I went today 9-14-2025 and was SO SAD the cinnamon roll was so small and so hard 😢 I won’t be coming back or telling friends of this place anymore I’m SO HEARTBROKEN 😠what happened ???

Guys. The drink was really good! However, a worker named Erika made the experience terrible. She was very rude, unprofessional, and rolled her eyes at us. I’m not sure why; me and my sister are literally known for being really nice. Anyways, please tell Erika to be nicer to customers!!!!!!!
Not sure about Houma, but don't make the mistake of ordering online. Contacted them regarding poor quality and weird taste. Rather than correcting the problem, Rick advised they would no longer sell to me in the future.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this one is a concern for public health. A friend of mine and I purchased a smoothie and an iced coffee today at Southland Mall. Shortly after purchasing and walking away, my friend found roach in its entirety floating in her drink. When we brought the drinks back to ask for a refund, the attendant said that he could not provide us with a refund but could make us another drink. This is simply unacceptable.

I've eaten here before and was thrilled with the service. However, come back a few months ago, the customer service is bad, they gave me my white mocha cold( I like it hot), the cinnabon was horrible, cold and dry. I asked for no caramel and they added it anyway. I could've been allergic to caramel but they didn't care. I got the impression that the manager was racist cause of the disgusting look she gave me. I won't be coming back here anytime soon
