I recently went to the Crawfishhouse on th Eastside of Houma, Louisiana and was very dissappointed. I ordered 2 pounds of boiled crawfish and they gave me a bag of only crawfish heads that were apparently eaten. Atleast 4 or more. Not only were they expensive 15.00 plus tax. I also felt ripped off.

Terrible. I paid for a med-large sack of crawfish and when I got home I noticed I had nothing but what I paid for. Called and told them what has taken place and they tried selling me another sack selects.

Ordered a banana split, it was a fruit cup with maybe a half scoop ice cream, not worth $8.00 plus. The fruit was fresh. Need a menu for the drive up! Never again!

We attended on a kids night. Service was great considering we are an indecisive bunch. The young lady explained everything. I think I asked about each flavor until seeing the labels, poor heart. She did it with a smile though. Everything was delish and there were ballon animals and minions on TV. We didn't stay too long but we will be back.

Went in to AT&T at Southland Mall today expecting to spend at least $450 on a new phone. Luke and his team (didn't catch the ladies' names) were awesome! They told me I don't need a new phone because mine is fine. I just had a dirty charging port! They learned my phone and explained how damaging my old charger is. (It's a knockoff.) So I spent $40 on a new combo car/wall charger instead of buying a new phone and my phone is holding a charge so well. Thank you to Luke and your team!
This place is awesome. The staffer was really knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what everyone wanted. Hookas, papers, tobacco pipes, vitamin supplements, and other accessories. Will be back there as soon as..... ...... Well as soon as I drive through Houma again....

I havent yet determined if the young lady we spoke to today was lazy or inadequately trained. She wasted 3 hrs of my Sunday. After wandering around the mall and consulting with another mobile place, we determined that she could have done what we needed her to do. One of her coworkers helped us and fixed the issue. Both att stores in Houma are a complete joke. They are lazy, sometimes rude, and lack training.
