Went in to get some cookies because I never tried them. The customer service was very quick. The employees greeted me as I walked thru the door. The showed me my cookies before I walked out. I was literally in and out. I didn’t get pictures but the cookies looked amazing

Placed a mobile order for pickup this evening and once I arrived, they were out of the semi sweet chocolate chunk, so they told me I could pick any of the other cookies in its place AND they gave me 2 cookie cards so I could get 2 free cookies at a later date since they were out of 1 flavor. Very nice and great customer service!
