I wish I could give a 0. Communication lacking and management unprofessional. I was yelled at over the phone by management by how busy they are and they cannot be responsible for following up on orders from loyal customers. I messaged them on 11/29. No response… no problem, I’ll call! I placed an order on 12/3 with instructions to send photos of inspiration. No other instructions given… it was a 4 minute call. Photos were sent on 12/14 with a message and no response. Husband dropped in on 12/24 to follow up for the order that was due for pick up on 12/27 and to pay, but was told it was never booked. After speaking with an unapologetic owner, she stated there was no deposit so they cancelled the order. No communication on requirement of a deposit when booking but that's besides the point. No one reached out asking if we still needed the cake and there was no response around the photos I sent in. I was told it was my responsibility to follow and know their processes as a customer. No apology and no plan with Christmas weekend and a 6 year old birthday party that we thought had the cake booked for a month in advance. Manager yelling about how she was 2 months pregnant and it’s basically my problem. I think I would have tried to pick up my cake by 11am on 12/27 like instructed with no one there because they happen to be closed that weekend now. I reached out to get this order done 4 times. I will never do business here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about this absolute disaster of a place.

I wish I could give them 10,000 stars! They are so wonderful and helpful people. She answered all of our questions about the different desserts they had for sale. We got a mini cheesecake and it was by far the best cheesecake I've ever had! Good customer service is so rare today, but Cupcake Envie does not miss the mare with exceptional customer service and desserts! By far the best all around!!!

Their cakes are as yummy as they are beautiful 😍 We recently had a baby shower and ordered a cake and cookies. I'm not generally a fan of fondant but theirs was amazing! All of our guest equally loved it! They also sent more cookies than I ordered AND threw in a dozen cupcakes ❤️ Everything was gorgeous and tasted phenomenal. 10 out of 10

Despite the cold, rainy weather and my sick baby, their employee kindly brought my order to my car, sparing us the discomfort of stepping out. The level of helpfulness and politeness shown was exceptional.Moreover, their peanut butter and jelly cupcakes were an absolute hit with everyone! The blend of flavors was divine, leaving us craving more. Needless to say, Cupcake Envie has gained a loyal customer for life with their outstanding service and delectable treats. I go here all the time for cupcakes (which I DO NOT share ?) and they are always delicious, so I decided to get my son’s graduation cake here and they did not disappoint! The cake was just as we ordered it and the flavor was to die for! Every bit of it, the icing and decorations tasted amazing unlike most cakes I’ve had. We barely had any leftover but I made sure it came home with me so I could indulge on it some more! The staff is always polite and helpful, and prices are on point. I absolutely recommend them for any desserts you need or want!
