The chicken was cold and the rolls were stale. I asked for a fresh roll and they said you have to give us the old one. I said ok and manager said doesn’t look stale to me So now I know why the place is empty. We spent 53.00. Popeyes here we come.

My family went to Danny's Fried Chicken in Houma this past week around 10 a.m. when they opened. We ordered a bucket of chicken (which was fresh hot it had to cool down to eat it. We ordered red beans and rice and rice dressing which were not hot at all. It seems it was left over from the night before and attempted to re-warm it up. Also had the rolls which seemed to be leftover as well. They were hard, a different color and the butter was clumpy on top. The sides and rolls were definitely not fresh made that morning, which they should be. It should be illegal to serve leftover prepared foods that they try to warm up. My family used to go often and loved the food, but we are staying away. And for the price, I could eat a better meal than fried chicken and sides.

I was raised in Dulac, Danny's was our only restaurant. Danny had the best teasing fried chicken. BUT, now Danny's wants to compete with Popeyes with spicy fried chicken and that is NOT DANNY'S STYLE/FLOWERING OF FRIED CHICKEN.

I’ve learned through multiple occasions that you had better check your takeout order once you receive it, because there is a 90% chance it will be wrong.
Just yesterday 3/29/25, I bought a 10 pc. mixed box, got home and discovered that I received a 10 pc. dark box of chicken.
You people are fortunate that there is no real competition in the Morgan City area!

First time we go ask the person taken the order what comes with family meal they reply look at the paper on top the speaker it will tell you so asked for onion rings for a side and there reply was very rude that's not a side that's a special order it was a first and very much a last very rude people and then get to the window and the guy was also rude the food is definitely not the best
