I placed an order for a pizza at 7:03, it said approximately 13-20 minutes. It’s currently 7:52 and I have not received my order while sitting at the pick up window. As I watch other people get their food at the first window I pull around just to be told my pizza was never put in the oven. The sweet young guy at the window put our food in the oven after he came back from a delivery. Poor customer service, and they lack motivation.

NOW THE FOOD HERE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THE PIZZA,CHICKEN ALFREDO,GARLIC BREAD IT IS SOO GOOD THE SEEVICE BESIDES THE FOREIGNERS ANSWERING PHONES WHEN THE DELIVERY PERSON COMES THY ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND NICE.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I waited in line for 45 minutes. I had to wind up, going inside to get my sandwich. I got home it was ice cold. I called and made a complaint. The manager straight up said I was lying that none of the food was cold the night before, I contacted corporate but still haven’t heard anything from them

Ordered on the app at 2pm for delivery at 5:30pm. Driver literally drove by our location. We called and told them to turn around. They went back to the store and called to say they couldn't deliver to us because we were in there wrong side of some bridge. Told us there manager would call us. Nobody called. We contacted the store to cancwl our order. Person we talked to was polite but basically hung up on us.
