Placed an order, driver couldn't leave pizza at the entrance (understandable) advised me he would come back with my order after dropping off another order...Never heard from him again. Poor management and no clear explanation for the lack of accountability

I place an order at 10:30 waited two hours four my food due to “a party order “ which was fine. Once my order was delivered my pizza was not even close to being correctly made I order a meat lovers and only got bacon and the forgot one of my drinks. The driver offered to go get my second drink and while at that time I called the store to see what they could do about my incorrect pizza. The manager seemed confused and told me she could either give me a refund for another pizza or I’d have to wait another 2 hour at least for a new pizza. I said I’d take the refund since I didn’t want to be bother by this crap anymore and the refund was for only 10 point on the app that won’t even be enough for another pizza. This is ridiculous and infuriating I paid my money for this food and wasn’t even treated like they was worried. I get you have a big order but small orders are just as important if you can be respectful or understanding to you customers when you are busy then you need to find a different job.

Very rude. Food said it was done before my arrival. Lady at the window made me wait 45 minutes. Food was cold. She was very rude when I asked her why was the food saying done in the app if it wasn’t ready. Worse service I ever received. Never again will I visit that store

I don’t ask for much. I’m a blue collar worker and I was coming home to my 3 starving kids.
I ordered 57 pizzas 57 rolls 57 ranches 57 wings and 1, yes 1 marinara sauce.

I thought I left it in the car, no not in the car, maybe it wasn’t ever there to begin with. Now you ask why would I give 1 star review over a missing marinara packet. I tell you, because it’s 1.57 OUNCES OF MARINARA THAT I PAID MY HARD EARNED 97 DABLOONS FOR.

My mom and I ordered pizza and ended up waiting for over an hour—outside in the heat. It was a miserable experience. This is definitely not the best Domino’s in Houma. Customers shouldn’t be left to sweat it out while the employees inside are doing who knows what. All I know is, we’ll never come back here again if it means waiting in these conditions. Absolutely unacceptable.

I really like the Domino store on tunnel. boulevard. The orders are pushed out in a timely manner. And everybody is nice and courteous, always ready to fix any issues that arise highly recommend this store.

I ordered $90 worth of pizza one of my pieces was not done correctly when I called the store I asked to speak to the manager to get my pizza fixed the store manager got on the phone told me she made my piece of properly and then hung up in my face so unprofessional I called back she still stated that she made that pizza correctly I asked if she could remake another one and have it delivered since I paid for my delivery fee she plan out said no and then hung up again I called back she told me the only way I can get a new pizza is if I bring it back and wait for her to make another one she made me wait until she made 10 more pizzas before making mines again so unprofessional on top of the Hang-Ups in my face snatch the old Pizza out my hand threw it across the room into the trash and began talking mess about me as I'm standing there waiting on my new pizza everybody we need to get that manager up out of there she does not need to be managing a store

My daughter made an order for herself through the app and used some coupons. When we went to pick up her order it had only been about an hour and a half since it was placed and had said it was complete. We went to the drive thru window to pick it up but the employees didn't know where it was. We waited in the line for another 40 minutes before they came to tell us they threw it away because it had been over 2 hours. My wife had also made an order right before she did and they gave us hers when we got there, but didn't know what happened to my daughters order, until they finally told us about throwing food away after 2 hours. Not only was that very frustrating, because we had not eaten at all today and had just spent almost 7 hours at the ER, but the manager came at us with an attitude when she came to tell me they threw my daughters order away and said she could place a new one. She decided to do it because her heart was set on what she ordered, but she couldn't use the coupons again because they had been used for her original order that got thrown in the trash. Therefore she had to spend more money to get some of the food she ordered but not even the whole order, because part of it was supposed to be with the use of the coupons she spent. We also ended up waiting on the drive thru over an hour before she finally had most of what she ordered. Needless to say, we're probably not going to be dealing with this Dominos location anymore because their incompetence pissed me off on the wrong day and we can drive a few extra miles to get what we actually order. I don't even like Dominos, but my wife and daughter do so that's where I'll go to make them happy, but tonight we're all very frustrated with this result. They need to drop the attitude and practice better customer service if they are going to continue to deal with the public like this.

Pizza showed up later than delivery window, not a huge deal. Then I open the boxes! Pizzas all jumbled up and disheveled like the driver threw it in the back seat without a care. Then I find the delivery driver threw my receipt on my driveway intentionally (it’s on camera). Called the manager and his response was far less than stellar and acted like I was bothering him

Horrible!!!! Placed an order at 5pm today. Called three times to store and spoke to manager. Told Driver was on way. After 1.5 hours was told driver went back to store because he could not get to location. No one called us to let us know anything was wrong. Horrible service, horrible, unprofessional management. Do not order from them!!!!!!
