I ordered $90 worth of pizza one of my pieces was not done correctly when I called the store I asked to speak to the manager to get my pizza fixed the store manager got on the phone told me she made my piece of properly and then hung up in my face so unprofessional I called back she still stated that she made that pizza correctly I asked if she could remake another one and have it delivered since I paid for my delivery fee she plan out said no and then hung up again I called back she told me the only way I can get a new pizza is if I bring it back and wait for her to make another one she made me wait until she made 10 more pizzas before making mines again so unprofessional on top of the Hang-Ups in my face snatch the old Pizza out my hand threw it across the room into the trash and began talking mess about me as I'm standing there waiting on my new pizza everybody we need to get that manager up out of there she does not need to be managing a store

My daughter made an order for herself through the app and used some coupons. When we went to pick up her order it had only been about an hour and a half since it was placed and had said it was complete. We went to the drive thru window to pick it up but the employees didn't know where it was. We waited in the line for another 40 minutes before they came to tell us they threw it away because it had been over 2 hours. My wife had also made an order right before she did and they gave us hers when we got there, but didn't know what happened to my daughters order, until they finally told us about throwing food away after 2 hours. Not only was that very frustrating, because we had not eaten at all today and had just spent almost 7 hours at the ER, but the manager came at us with an attitude when she came to tell me they threw my daughters order away and said she could place a new one. She decided to do it because her heart was set on what she ordered, but she couldn't use the coupons again because they had been used for her original order that got thrown in the trash. Therefore she had to spend more money to get some of the food she ordered but not even the whole order, because part of it was supposed to be with the use of the coupons she spent. We also ended up waiting on the drive thru over an hour before she finally had most of what she ordered. Needless to say, we're probably not going to be dealing with this Dominos location anymore because their incompetence pissed me off on the wrong day and we can drive a few extra miles to get what we actually order. I don't even like Dominos, but my wife and daughter do so that's where I'll go to make them happy, but tonight we're all very frustrated with this result. They need to drop the attitude and practice better customer service if they are going to continue to deal with the public like this.

Pizza showed up later than delivery window, not a huge deal. Then I open the boxes! Pizzas all jumbled up and disheveled like the driver threw it in the back seat without a care. Then I find the delivery driver threw my receipt on my driveway intentionally (it’s on camera). Called the manager and his response was far less than stellar and acted like I was bothering him

Horrible!!!! Placed an order at 5pm today. Called three times to store and spoke to manager. Told Driver was on way. After 1.5 hours was told driver went back to store because he could not get to location. No one called us to let us know anything was wrong. Horrible service, horrible, unprofessional management. So I really wanted to eat at this place, and this is what I got. When I went back so I'm order of 15.37$, can be corrected that might not be much but I work hard for my kibbles and bits. The big guy said that woman is back, I don't understand what the problem is/was but all I got was attitude, the manager feels I was telling her how to do her!?!?!? I just wanted what I paid for, this was August 11, 2024. When you see the pics of my order I guarantee you will SYH. You their mad at me ??. If you can't make out my order due to lack of ingredients, Spanish and feta cheesey bread and a Philly steak sandwich.

I just wanted to send a shout-out to this location for some of the following reasons: 1. We always order from here, as they have been consistent every time for us! 2. The food every single time has been on point, hot, fresh and packaged well! 3. The staff on the phone have always been great; friendly, take the time to ensure order is correct, and not rushing on the phone. 4. The delivery staff have been wonderful and personable. 5. Have had the pleasure of interacting with Ronny (hope that's spelled correctly - please let us know if not) multiple times, and he has been friendly, always smiling and ensures the process for delivery goes smoothly. The kids are always pumped when the delivery arrives on time also....if you know hungry kids....they are always ready to tear up good food.
In closing, we haven't had the pleasure of meeting the store staff in person, but we hope to soon, the interactions that we have had on the phone and with Ronny in person have been nothing but wonderful. We hope that Ronny and staff continue to strive for excellence as they have always done when we have ordered, and we look forward to getting great pizza and sides in the future! Thank y'all!
