I will NEVER order dominos again!!!!! This is the 3rd time we've ordered over $50 worth of food and every pizza has over 3 inchea of crust. It doesn't even look likethey have sauce. I also order extra sauce on pizza and tonight I ordered 6 sauces on side 2 marinara,2 buffalo & 2 garlic, asked at window for my sauce they insisted there was no sauce ordered yet my screenshot on phone says otherwise. I call place and nobody answers phone. It rang for over 7mins. Absolutely horrible!!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pizza is good without sauce but in the past 4 months the two times I’ve gotten it the sauce tastes like metal? Not sure why but others I’ve tried it with agree…. It tastes like I’m chewing on lead.

Dont even bother trying to call them. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, they hung up, and now wont answer my calls. Should also add the amount of profanity i heard while they were on the phone with a customer. Ill be going to a different location from now on.

A DISGRACE. if i had the ability to send no stars, i would! Something told me to sue them when i seen hair in my food NUMEROUS of times. They close at 1am they stop taking orders at 11:45 . they close at 12 they stop at 10:45. like it’s literally a game they play. they don’t answer, would literally hang up on you. i’ve been to other dominoes and it doesn’t matter if it’s 12:55 THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER. management is POOR ! No great customer service . It’s ridiculous. dominoes is mainly a place you order if you’re unable to cook at home. this is unbelievable . im calling corporate. You’d have to go yourself and even if, they’ll mess something up.

The worst dominos. It just gets worse each time I order. Waited over 30 minutes at the window when it said my pizza was ready. I live less than 5 minutes away and my pizza was cold when I got home. Paid extra for pan pizza and it looks like a burnt hole in the middle. Hand toss and stuff crust look more like a thin crust. For the price they charge the pizza should be what I ordered. The staff there is a joke!

How do you forget the one single topping on FIVE - ONE TOPPING PIZZAS? Called twice. No answer. Then continuous busy signal. You had one topping to put on. Come on guys. Is there a quality control? Do you check the orders before they go out?

So my Domino's experience was delivery driver forgot my Coke he actually accepted the payment went back to Domino's got my drink and brought it back to me most of the time they won't even do that

First off, the website was giving me sooo much trouble. Secondly, It took more than an hour to get here (i am not even 10 mins away), it was cold and super hard. Did not complain. Then we realized the one we ordered without the garlic seasoning on the crust of course had it. STILL did not complain. THEN I Realized they did not dn't give me the 2 liter I ordered. Oh hell no. So i call to complain.. waited 30 mins for them to answer just for them to immediately hang up, called again waited 40 mins still nothing. Dominos count your days 🤬

This is probably the 5th time I get Domino's in the last 6 months. And everytime, there is an issue with the pizza. THIS PIZZA has a hole in the crust. This is the first time in my whole life that I've ever seen a hole in the crust, so I guess good job. 🤣🤣
But.... there should be a QC person or someone who makes the pizzas have some type of dignity for the type of work that they produce.
The pizza is good. But come on man!! 🤦🏽♂️
All the issues and never did I call to complain or try to get them to remake my pizza. But, I figured I was doing a disservice by not letting Domino's know that they are not doing what is expected when customers order a pizza.
So I'm just hoping to help you Domino's address the issues to do better and be better.
