This is my any my wife's new favorite spot in East Houma. A hidden gem of deliciousness! The service is above average and the atmosphere is relaxing. Although I haven't tried them yet, my wife claims the barbacoa tacos are to die for. I've had the fajitas mixtas and the California steak burrito and they were both very good. The burrito is my favorite so far. If I had to say one negative thing it's that they don't have margaritas yet (not sure if they have a liquor license yet) and the music is kind of loud. It makes it a little difficult to have a conversation with the acoustics, but overall a delightful little place for a lunch or dinner date.

I don't want to say this place doesn't like white people but. This place doesn't like anyone not mexican. Our family walked in,were seated but then noone came to us after. A mexican family walked in. They got drinks and order was taken. We sat for another 15 minutes befor someone came for drink orders. Waited another 10 minutes then left. We were the only ones there befor the other family came in. Go to that little place across the street.

I ordered take out based on great reviews. Disappointed at best, but I believe every place deserves a second chance. The food remained mediocre, but to be fair, I got a loaded fajita steak salad with extra guac both times. That's my go to easy dinner, and both of these missed the mark. For $15, I should feel like I ate something. But after picking out all the brown lettuce, there wasn't much left. The fajita steak made great beef jerky though!
I ordered a caldo de res soup and it had about 2" of grease at top of the bowl and alot of fat and bones no meat. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good Mexican soup.

The salsa was spoiled. The waitress spoke no English nor did anyone else. Enchiladas apparently do not come with meat inside. Main dishes were missing ingredients. Avoid if possible
