Horrible service. They over charge you when in drive thru

We tried shrimp po-boy and oyster po-boy with sweet potato and regular fry’s today . It was very good !! Hot !fresh ! Very satisfied

They bring out the food to your table at separate times, instead of all at once. Everyone at our table was finished eating for 10 minutes when I told them to go ahead and bring the to-go boxes, the bill, and to forget about the shrimp poboy that I'd been waiting on for 45 minutes. The server continued to arguing with me, after I told her it wasn't a debate. Then I had to bring the card to her at the bar, as she was gossiping with another rude waitress about us. Too busy to do her job & bring the food out when it's ready, or take the payment from the table. The waitress she was gossiping with was rude to us on Valentine's Day & we had to request another waitress due to her attitude when taking our drink order. This place will tank soon, best to just avoid them all together.

I’ve been to Fiery Crabs before and the experience has been pleasant. This experience was subpar. Food was alright. I won’t complain that. I would say that the service was unacceptable. Perhaps it was because the waitress was new (I’m guesssing) or having an off night but she did not make the experience enjoyable. Orders were messed up, never got checked on, we had to walk up to the bar to get utensils, got our checks before we finished eating, etc. I’d recommended better training for their service team.

Went in to order to go & Mindy had a horrible attitude . She was rude and very unprofessional.. None of the girls working that night were actually friendly and with service like that it will be a while before I return. Good customer service is everything and that was just unacceptable!!!

Food excellent service not so great ... slow and apparently yhe sever was too busy ordering her own food to handle our table.watched another table walk out while waiting to be waited on .

Never tried you not chancing it. I love the idea on menu combinations of crabs and pricing fair. I don't care for the idea of steamed imported seafood drenched in fiery garlic butter to hide the Frozen taste. Further more. I don't eat California ? and no Thailand shimp or any seafood outside bamaluisian excluding clams.
