Purchased some redfish fillets from them. Each fillet was individually packed and frozen. Perfect size for frying.

Very nice staff and clean facility. However it should be noted that the ‘Gulf Fish’, specifically Snapper and farm raised Red Drum is imported from Vietnam and is not from the GOM.
