Get the pastries on the speed racks - baked fresh of the day. The baker is a one man show- he bakes everything. Uses fresh eggs and fresh whole milk and no preservatives so the stuff can get stale after 1-2 days. It's all delicious. The Mexican king cake for the feast of epiphany is very good.
