No need to talk about the food here. I've witnessed on many occasions the employees smoking in the kitchen. If they are too lazy to step oustide for a moment to smoke, then they probably won't even bother to wash their hands for 20 seconds.

I am a SUSHI Fanatic and I thought I had experienced the best Sushi until I got sushi here. It was so fresh and absolutely amazing!!!! I tried the LSU Roll and the Volcano Roll and it was better than I expected. When we return to NOLA, I will defiantly return for more sushi!

I ordered from Sushi Brothers vía DoorDash in September 2020 during lunch time. It was such a great and wonderful experience. The hot appetizers were still HOT, the sushi was well made, and all ingredients, even including those in the sauces, were so fresh. I highly recommend. This will be my sushi go-to. Thank you Sushi Brothers for this wonderful food!
Do not come here if you want quality food. Everything looks store bought. Sushi is poorly crafted & does not taste fresh. Save your time and go somewhere else.

If you're in New Orleans and want sushi, you have to go to Sushi Brothers. The atmosphere is simple and refined, and I particularly like that they didn't pick a random Japanese word as their name to seem more authentic.From the steamed towels they give you before the meal to the quality of the fish they use for their food, Sushi Brothers nails every aspect of the dining experience. The salmon sashimi and special brothers roll are my favorites, but you can't really go wrong.

Love the restaurant itself, but DON'T ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH YELP. They waited 45 minutes after we ordered and received a confirmation to let us know they closed and cancelled our order.

I've eaten here (pre-COVID) and ordered for delivery through UberEats.I was there with a group of 6, we ordered a few sushi, a few miso soup, etc. The waitress kept forgetting to bring our food. 3 miso would come, we told the waitress that she's missing another soup and 10 minutes later she'll come back with another soup.. same thing for all our food. She'll bring 4 orders, and then she'll ask if everything's okay and we tell her that we're still missing a couple peoplw's order and then 15 minutes later, the rest of the group's food will come. So I'd say service is a solid 3. The price, I would say is pretty great-- especially for sushi. So for price, I'd give this place a 5/5. When I ordered for delivery, it was estimated that it would be 35-40minutes. I wasn't in a rush-- so I didn't mind waiting. However, the wait ended up being 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was able to track and reach my driver, so I know that she was waiting at the restaurant for about 45 minutes before the food was even ready. AND, the restaurant forgot parts of my order. Overall-- 3.5/5
