McDonald's has lost it's soul and magic food. Not even close to what it should be. I can say that, I even ate a 15 cent burger at the first McDonald's on their opening day. Our family was 10th in line on that magical day ✨️ 🍔 now the magic is gone and it's now just another fast food place raising their prices while downgrading the food offered. It's just another McDonald's and if it's your thing, enjoy it while you can still afford it. It's part of the system, they just go with the flow. World wide they have reached while not adding the stuff they feed us, to their food in another land. Respect for the rest of the world 🌎

This has been the rudest unprofessional not even close to half professional experience I’ve ever experienced not only were the crew members loud among themselves but giggling when asking to repeat the order and repeating it twice still received the order not only wrong with 2 missing items it looked like it had been thrown together by a 6yr old when calling it in to have an obnoxious / sarcastic crew member speaking to me like I was the incompetent one sending my oldest son to pickup the missing items because if I pick it up after the extreme unprofessional behavior I would have taken a picture or video and added more fuel to the fire and the crew member taking it out on the following customers therefore never would use this particular McDonald’s location again not even feeling trustworthy enough to eat the items that were missing I hope the crew members on this team/shift straighten
Up their attitude jobs life soon because definitely would not want anyone to lose their jobs that they need but at this rate they seem like they don’t care about their jobs it’s not lady like nor cute rudest McDonald ever been and I’ve been to over 15-20 states and many other McDonalds and never had anything close to this pitiful one

Went through drive through asked if they had a breakfast bag/deal the voice said no so I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and lg coffee - i get asked if I want that in a combo - I say well I just asked that - I'm told to read the screen - I tell them I can't read and the sun is in my eyes - do you want to order? I said no I'll go to burger king - ok have a good day --- now on the front window they offer a $4 breakfast value meal - 2 things should have happened when I said I could read someone should have helped me the moment I said I was going to BK the manger on duty as should have taken over and taken my order - now I'm complaining to the world - how bad the service was

Literally been sitting in the drive thru for over 30minutes just for a drink.
I understand the drive thru can back up, but if someone has a larger order pull them off and have them wait. I pulled in at 10:20am and and as I am writing this it is 10:53 and I am STILL waiting in the drive thru. Absolutely unnecessary.

so I wrote a good review for this place literally a day before this happened, but I ordered curbside like normal and had to wait around 30 minutes. I felt bad because it seemed busy so I figured my order was just sitting there so I walked in. As soon as I walk in I see a girl put fresh fries in a bag, close it, then call out my name. I figured it was odd she didn’t just try to bring it out bc it even said on the bag for curbside but I got my food so who cares. I get home and eat my fries which we good as usual, I go to open my quarter pounder box and I wish I was lying but there was an actual bite taken out. You could tell this was an old bite bc it looked old, not to mention it wasn’t as I ordered it too. I tried calling the restaurant but they didn’t answer (ofc) so my boyfriend said to call customer service because I genuinely didn’t know what to do. Sat on the phone with customer service for about 20 mins, guy was super nice and made a “crisis” report about it and sent it to apparently corporate and the MLK restaurant. All in all, I lost my poor $9 and was hungry. Definitely won’t be going back. My question is how did it happen?

I just came from McDonald's on martin Luther King Blvd I ordered a double quarter pounder I told them no cheese they still put cheese on it. I gave it back they made another they say a manager brought me another burger out with cheese on it they lazy
Never go to thus McDonalds!! Traveling thru & they gave me cold fries, cold meat, & hard bread. Someone needs to be fired!! Pathetic sorry lazy people. Its already cheap food, the least you can do is serve it fresh & hot.
This fast food restaurant gives the same quick service to dine in customers as it does the drive thru customers. Other places only give drive-thru customers faster service.

Been a few times to this McDonald's and every time I have gotten very strange attitudes. I always just order in the app to make it easier on everyone but somehow it's a problem for them to take the code.
Service was good. No problems or delays using the drive through. Had to pull up and wait on fries.

Ordered a 10 piece and a double quarter only cheese and ketchup. When I bite into my sandwich it has pickles and onions and stuff on it. After I've said my order twice you should have it right.

Im never one to review any place but in this case, something has to be done. I ordered from here with doordash and somehow they got my ENTIRE ORDER WRONG. For starters this order took them 45 minutes to make and give to our dasher. THEN I ordered a small coffee, was given a Large, okay that may seem like whatever, BUT THEN we also got two of the new Mt. Mcdonaldland shakes, one small, one large, and yet we received the same size, and Frappe’s with the pink whipped cream (WHICH TASTED ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS, idk if it is expired or if that’s just the taste but it is flat out nasty) and m&ms on top of this monstrosity? In what world is that the same thing? If they were out of the item, okay that’s fine, but why purposely give us the wrong beverages? then MAKE IT TWICE?? Then ONTOP of that, we ordered a happy meal, ordered extra fries GOT apples, then ordered a coke and got a Dr. Pepper. So quite literally the only things that were correct who the hamburger in the happy meal, AND THE TOY? Seriously? I say this as kind as I can but were yall on crack? I understand things maybe being out of stock, but to give us this made off the fly mumbo jumbo was such a waste of time and money. Please get new employees who actually care about the food being served to paying customers. Because this is flat out ridiculous.

This location has to be the best McDonald's I've been to (at least this visit was). We went during a time where there wasn't a crowd, and the staff there were so nice and attentive. My quarter pounder was delicious, which is really saying something as usually McDonald's burgers are pretty hastily thrown together and tasteless. This one was perfectly seasoned and has the right amount of sauces. The nuggets were so crispy and juicy. And the fries, which are usually hit or miss at every location, were really good this time.
I usually avoid this location only because it's on the main strip, is always busy, and is hard to get out of when you leave. But I'll need to readjust my thinking because the food was just great!

The management is terrible, the boss of the store seems like she has lots of problems very rude. She's wasn't only rude to me but she was very unprofessional and rude to her staff which I'll never go back gonna take my business somewhere else I refuse to eat at this restaurant but staff was very nice, I asked a worker what the name of the supervisor was which was Angie to call corporate and let them know my experience, very unprofessional
