Food is garbage. Wait over 20 minutes . All of it burnt and cold. Fries weren't even in the bag . Never again McDonald's. Oh and you can not contact anyone to complain . That's convenient!!!!

The worst McDonald's that I've ever went to the wait time is 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. This company makes a lot of money and it's supposed to give enough hours and hire enough people to be able to maintain a fast service. Customer service is not the best and most of the time they will Mess up your food. Make sure you check your bags because they will always forget something

5 of 11 people in our party got sick. The floors were so greasy it was like a skating rink. Everyone that worked there was very courteous. But the burgers everyone ate made them sick.

Why is it so hard to salt your fries? Why is it so hard to utilize the drive-through code because y’all are charging me for things that are supposed to be free and I’ve literally been getting salt packets in with all of my fries because y’all are too lazy to salt them.

I just have one small complaint. I just wish you all would actually give extra pickles when ordered.
This is the slowest place. I ordered ahead so my food would be ready when I got there. There was one person ahead of me in the drive thru and I waited for 10 minutes before I just gave up and cancelled the order. I'm not impressed

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I understand it is new years and no one wants to work on a holiday but it doesn’t mean these employees had the right to be rude. My mom and I went through the drive through around 12:30am on New Years we asked for our nuggets to be cooked to order and the lady assured us they would be fresh. However when we proceeded to order our cookies again cook to order to ensure they would be hot and not stale and the other lady joined over the mic and very rudely yelled “ALL THE FOOD IS FRESH”! My mom and I were completely astounded at how she spoke to us all I could say was “excuse you”. We then proceeded to go to the pay out window and gave the lady an one hundred dollar bill and she closed the window very aggressively, she had to get a manager to break it, the manager comes to the window it is still half way open and she says “God Damn” very loudly , I assume because she didn’t have enough in the register to break the bill. It took both these ladies about 5 whole minutes just to give us our change from the bill. We finally get to the food window and the lady just hands us our food, no greeting or anything ,and slams the window shut which it bounced back half way open and they were blaring Kevin Gates , I assume this is the lady who was rude and chimed in over the headset. This was the most rudest experience I’ve had at any restaurant but I hope all these ladies have the day they truly deserve.
