Worst location ever. Something is always wrong with orders. Always mass confusion when having it fixed. Charged me for my order and someone else's today AFTER my order had to be corrected at the payment window. Called to ask what I need to do to have the extra charge refunded and no one bothered to even answer the phone.

It Was The night after Christmas They were not answering The Intercoms,I watched 5 or more cars leave.I switched to other Intercom Still No Answer. I had to drive around in order inside Took over 20mins to order & Even Door dasher waited longer than me. I Honestly felt bad for the Employees They were Truly Doing their Best. I don't go much but it never took that long,Also They are Very Professional & Always Said have a great day.( you don't get that much Kindness These days) Didn't help when People were screaming saying they would Do Their Jobs for them. I would've put all 5 Stars they were way understaffed.

The experience was the most horrible rude black women I have ever met. They even told me to go to hell cause their grill wasn't ready. If you need a grill to warm up to get ready shouldn't you be at work 15 minutes early since the open signs says 5 AM

I'd be willing to put this location up against any other location as the worst location as far as speed. At any given time whether you're the 1st or 5th car it's at least 10 to 15 minutes before you receive your food and its been that way for the last 10 years.

The workers are always friendly!If you are in drive up don't forget to check your bag before you drive away.You will most likely drive away missing part of your order. I've noticed that the worker at the window isnt the one putting the order in the bags so when they are handing them to you they are assuming that they have the correct and complete order inside. This isn't always the case. ... Most of the time ... . So, save yourself and your hungry kids some grief and check your bags, be sweet to the workers. They are stressed and doing their best
