Was at the speaker for 20 minutes before someone finally said something then told me to hold plz there was only 2 cars at the windows and they were helping the other line even tho I had been there 1st. I did leave along with another person in line behind me due to poor service. As I drove around I could see employees playing in their phones instead of working.

Upon walking into the McDonald's on Park Avenue in Houma, Louisiana, an employee was standing by the entrance, leaning against the side of the building, smoking and spitting on the sidewalk as we were walking towards the restaurant. It wasn't the most appealing scene to observe an employee doing entering into an eating establishment. We turned around and went to another McDonald's where the employees seemed to have more pride in their work.

The shake machine is never working, you have to repeat yourself several times on your order once at the drive-through twice at the window then they still give you the wrong order

I order at this mcdonald's on the app. So I went to this mcdonald's and idk if the lady who was working there knows how to work, but they didnt give me my food right. I ask for on the mobile app a large fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets (which they didnt put in my bag) and a big MSc which was made wrong. I will never go back there again. $20 for bad services

Worst location ever. Something is always wrong with orders. Always mass confusion when having it fixed. Charged me for my order and someone else's today AFTER my order had to be corrected at the payment window. Called to ask what I need to do to have the extra charge refunded and no one bothered to even answer the phone.

It Was The night after Christmas They were not answering The Intercoms,I watched 5 or more cars leave.I switched to other Intercom Still No Answer. I had to drive around in order inside Took over 20mins to order & Even Door dasher waited longer than me. I Honestly felt bad for the Employees They were Truly Doing their Best. I don't go much but it never took that long,Also They are Very Professional & Always Said have a great day.( you don't get that much Kindness These days) Didn't help when People were screaming saying they would Do Their Jobs for them. I would've put all 5 Stars they were way understaffed.
