The moment you walk in the door it smelt like BATHROOM!! Make you not even want to eat! Also, when we walked in the kitchen staff was outside, everyone deserved a break but I know and saw no one go wash they hands. Also the other stuff was all sitting around in the lobby and the drink counter was full of drink and trash! While they had down time they could have been cleaning up!

Basket of fries was the size of a kids meal 🍟 and I punched extra meat on my sandwich because was my cheat meal for the month. Completely let down, and this is the second time at a second location in houma. Please figure it out.

Was at the speaker for 20 minutes before someone finally said something then told me to hold plz there was only 2 cars at the windows and they were helping the other line even tho I had been there 1st. I did leave along with another person in line behind me due to poor service. As I drove around I could see employees playing in their phones instead of working.

Upon walking into the McDonald's on Park Avenue in Houma, Louisiana, an employee was standing by the entrance, leaning against the side of the building, smoking and spitting on the sidewalk as we were walking towards the restaurant. It wasn't the most appealing scene to observe an employee doing entering into an eating establishment. We turned around and went to another McDonald's where the employees seemed to have more pride in their work.
