I'd be willing to put this location up against any other location as the worst location as far as speed. At any given time whether you're the 1st or 5th car it's at least 10 to 15 minutes before you receive your food and its been that way for the last 10 years.

The workers are always friendly!If you are in drive up don't forget to check your bag before you drive away.You will most likely drive away missing part of your order. I've noticed that the worker at the window isnt the one putting the order in the bags so when they are handing them to you they are assuming that they have the correct and complete order inside. This isn't always the case. ... Most of the time ... . So, save yourself and your hungry kids some grief and check your bags, be sweet to the workers. They are stressed and doing their best

Pull up to the window, no other cars in line. Someone says "we'll be with you in a moment" 8 minutes later there are 7 cars waiting in line and still no one has taken my order. I begin saying "hello, hello" to the intercom, no response. Pull up to the window, no one to be seen. Begin knocking on the window, eventually someone comes and opens the window. I ask "is the intercom broken or something?" Before the girl could even respond a manager comes up behind her saying "oh no, we not serving lunch yet" so I pulled off. I left there at 11:02am. Breakfast ends at 10:30, so a half hour later y'all are still not ready to serve lunch?!? I made it to Wendy's, got my food and made it back home by 11:09.

Wow... ok. I don't expect a 5 star service at a McDonald's, I really don't. However, this was below bad service. We go by McDonalds for a quick order of a couple of burgers, nuggets, and fries.The kiosks were not working, so we had to wait at the register. While standing there, the employees are very leisurely walking around at a slow speed, not visibly working to any expedited pace. If they were working a bit faster, this experience would be way different as it would be understandable.We just kept getting eyes from the employees, almost as if they were aggravated we were even there, without saying anything along the lines of, "one moment," or "we will be right there," or anything. We almost felt as if they just wouldn't take our order. Then when it IS time to order, no "can I help you?" as it was instead just a blank stare at us to just start talking.But whatever, we placed our order, and we see it on the "pending" list. After only a minute, two tops, we see our order number was in the "ready for pickup" list. So naturally, we go up to collect our food to see that nothing is on the counter. We talk to multiple people who are standing there who are all also aggravated, saying their food has been shown as ready for 10 minutes, with 1 customer who is an employee at a competing fast food restaurant saying that this McDonald's is making their reports look fantastic with marking them as ready way early.When they would put an order on the counter, they would most of the time, not even announce the order number, so us customers were taking it amongst ourselves to announce numbers to other waiting customers.Well the time FINALLY came, our food is ready... I wish I could say what time we actually got our order, but we just walked out the door fast with our order. The fries were wilted, dry and warm, far from being fresh, hot and crispy as we would expect if they were as "busy" as they would seem to be by our delay of order. And, we found out just outside the parking lot, we were actually missing an order of fries! Thought about going back and calmly addressing the issue, but I did not want to wait 15 minutes just for an order of lukewarm fries.I am a very easygoing person, but my experience here was unacceptable, and I'm leaving a review so that others, and hopefully corporate, will know what is happening here and they will hopefully be trained to work as at least tolerable.Thank you.

Did a mobile order, service to table option. Waited 10 mins after checking in to realize they hadn't put my simple order together. I had to go up to ask someone and then they got it together quickly. Once I check in, my order should be made the same as if I was in drive thru.

The majority of the food was run-of-the-mill McDs, but the iced mocha latte was completely undrinkable. If a group of college students staying up til 3am won't drink a caffeinated beverage, you know it's bad.
