i didn't get the food i ordered and was charged a gratuity,we sent our porter to get the food (we wrote our order down and the porter handed the note to the server,i wanted 3 soft tacos with: ground beef,pico, grilled onions and peppers,black olives,shredded cheese, lettuce and Moe's sauce on the side,i called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were going to call me back-never happened,the porter said he even told the server no tip and she said that none would be charged-obviously she lied,this is horrible and i don't like this!😡

Cinco de Mayo hmmm must have forgotten. No seasoning flavor for the Burrito. No bacon for the second choice, chicken bacon, and then two sauces were empty and three others were scraping the bottom. I don't know if we thought we coming to work today!?

The young female manager who is short with gray hair was so friendly and helpful and had an amazing smile. All the workers there tonight were so friendly but the manager with the grey hair went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We love this place and will definitely be back. I went to Moe’s after the gym looking for a good meal and I had the worst employee ever no hair net you couldn’t even see his face he looked high messed up my burrito then had to redo it with a cold one and they had no chips , I want him fired

Terrible food. All vegetables were brown and meat was sopping in grease. So expensive. Couldn’t even wrap my meal up properly, leaked all over my car.

Food is ok but very expensive. The wall behind the food line has big holes in it and water rot all the way around. The drink machine is disgustingly sticky. The chair and benches are all ripped up. The best thing was that the staff was friendly, especially the younger girl with pink hair. But the establishment is dirty and gross.

Its kind of ridiculous that you show up to order food and half the items arent there or they are picking up them before they closed. If i show up 30 minutes before close why are half the food items gone and all the salsa picked up. Kids just trying to run home and not do there job smh. Not worth the time anymore if you work a normal job.

Food is delicious but it is very expensive and portion sizes are horrible. 20 bucks for a bowl I ate in 7 bites.

The unsalted stale chips with no queso were better than the bum ass burrito that I had and that’s all I gotta say why did we get rid of chipotle got my burrito fast tho that’s about it. Also price is crazy
