Food sucks,lack of management, lots of attitude

Everything was good except the drink machine was broken.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger, and most of the lettuce was brown. I had to dig out my burger and just eat the meat. Then swallow down a canned coke because apparently their soda machine is down. I paid $25 for a brown lettuce burger, a double burger, 1 fry, and 2 canned cokes. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but it's gone downhill. If you eat in, they give you an index card with a written number on it. This experience just makes me not want to spend my hard earned money at this location. They need to revamp and have better produce to accommodate their menu.

Was told they was out of fries with a whole rack full of fries at 7 pm. Also a couple came in wanting to order and the couple was told that they wasn’t excepting orders right now and the couple asked could they make a order for pick up and the lady said you could but I wouldn’t advise it. I’ve never seen service like this in my life. A bunch of kids running a place of buisness shouldn’t happen. Worst place in Houma.

Every order coming out was wrong. The employees were trying but it’s seems like a management issue. The soda machine wasn’t working (but they will let you pay $2.59 for it before they tell you) so you only had tea or lemonade. They found me a canned Diet Coke. The employees were asking out loud “who ordered this or that”….what a mess. At one point there wasn’t ONE employee in sight in the whole place. Not one. Food was fine.

I ordered a turkey burger and a regular one… paid $2.59 each for a hot can of Coke and Diet Coke (was given a cup to get ice with - so hot in the place & drink was so hot, the ice melted). Get our food - neither were a turkey burger. Walked back to the counter where I spoke to the guy who took our order and was informed “we don’t even have turkey burgers”. The male workers had such terrible attitudes (the two ladies were sweet). For $28 - hot drinks, wrong food, WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Paid $4.30 for a personal sweet potatoes fry, literally got 10 fries, thought maybe they mixed up my sons kid fry and my personal sweet potato fry and they said that is a personal fry. I used to work here and a personal normally takes up the whole bottom of the bag, VERY DISAPPOINTED because I am pregnant and was craving sweet potato fries and $4 for 10 fries is actually insane. Also never got my quest that I PAID FOR !!!

The server was great

No wander the food quality and service is always poor when you have employees sitting outside with friends and not working.

It takes awhile to have your order made so don't expect a super fast visit.
Service and food were OK, but pricey. $13+ for a single burger and very small milkshake.
Floor was very, very sticky.

My plan is to dine in, order my food and paid at 07:34.58pm "time in the receipt" , Two families dining out came before me already got their orders and gone, 3 other tables came 10mins after me already eating their food, I waited patiently but I approached the counter 08:05pm because my food still not served, No surprise my order is not even taken by the kitchen yet. 0813pm my food came out. I waited 40mins for a burger, I end up dining out, the burger is OK, barely warm, the sweet potatoes are cold, and the tables are dirty. The crew needs to do their job better. If I didn't complain, I probably waited for nothing.

Where's the meat? Spent 30 dollars on 2 burgers and fries. First and last time we eat here. Meat was very thin and burnt. More bread and fries than anything

I went to pick up a door dash order and the floors are so sticky that you stick to the floor and everyone is either in the back or outside or in their vehicle or walking back from target Stacy was the only one in the front working grill and made my order and handed it to me it is definitely poor management here and bathrooms are also sticky

This is a cool trendy place The burgers are very good. The shareable fries are awesome. I highly recommend it!

Waited 25 min for my food before I got a refund and walked out. No one apologized as I saw people that came in after me get their food. I asked for a refund reciept and was told they dont provide that. Was told that their grill was broke down. I asked why I wasnt told that when I was ordering and got no response. This was my first time at this place. I also saw 3 large trays of fries go into the garbage I'm guessing due to mistakes made and looks like they were very disorganized. Wasted 30 min of my time.
