Nothing Bundt Cakes

First experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes did NOT disappoint. Absolutely delicious. We usually have trouble getting rid of desserts and we did not have an issue this time.

Avoid this place. Yuck.

Albany, NY I’m incredibly disappointed by how my mother and I were treated today—especially since we’ve supported this business for years. While shopping for my son’s birthday supplies, we stopped in to browse cake decorations. My mom briefly picked up a pack of napkins she liked to show me, then put them right back. After looking around a bit more and not finding what we needed, we left. A minute after getting into our car, an employee came outside and accused us of stealing paper plates. We were stunned and honestly humiliated. We immediately invited them to check our bags and car, as we had absolutely nothing to hide. What made the situation even more embarrassing was seeing other employees and customers watching from inside the shop window. After realizing their mistake, the employee apologized and offered us coupons—which we declined. The damage was already done. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience. We will not be returning.

The teenage employees working here are obnoxiously rude. A customer came in and ordered and was asked if she was pregnant. When she informed them that she actually has a serious liver condition and in fact was not pregnant they proceeded to laugh out loud in front of the customer and others in the store. To laugh in the face of someone with a medical condition is just pure ignorance. My family has frequently visited this location and you’ve lost our business completely.

The staff is completely RUDE. I would never set foot in that store again nor would I suggest anyone else going there.

I came to Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time, and this is such a cute little bakery! They had many flavors in the case ready to go. Prices are not bad either. Individual bundt cakes are only $5.50! The red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip are the best!!

I buy your bundt cakes all the time .. at least every week.
Today I bought 3 bundtlet cakes AND YOUR ICING WAS SKIMPY !!!
The strips of icing were smaller than usual.
I was so disappointed and the cakes were NOT near as good as they usually are !
Don’t be skimpy - The icing makes the cake !
Shrinkflation !!!!

Ordered the limited edition lemon blueberry flavor and it was 10/10. Beautiful cake and the highlight of my birthday!

Place was amazing! Very chic and modern. Colors galore! It was a boutique for cakes! Prompt service. Only issue was that the cashier person wasn't very happy or seemed to want to be there. No greeting or acknowledgment. You expect a place with that aesthetic and charm to be inviting but it wasn't. Not sure if it was her or me bc I don't look like the target customer. Cake was amazing. My wife's birthday was a success!

Hooray! So happy we have this cake shop in our area! We love the one in Baton Rouge and I know this cake shop will be just as great! So happy I got the last lemon cake of the day! They are very nice. It helps to call ahead and preorder. Lemon cake is our family’s favorite! The taste is fresh and natural! Great flavor for the summer! Yum!
