Mrs. Wendy, you should really leave the customer service to your staff and stick to the books behind closed doors. I would have gladly paid what ever fee I needed to for me and my 7 year old to share a plate, but after you confronted me the way you did I didn’t even want my food that I ordered. You should really take some customer service lessons and learn how to speak to people. Especially your customers. Your customers are what make you so successful.

It was good the server was a little non attentive.

Was quite disappointed. The host was rude to my mother when she said ma'am instead of sir, in which she has hearing loss. The wait was about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad, but upon being seated, we waited another 40 minutes at the table before the chef came out. The waitress who served us, although polite grabbed the bowls our mizo soup with her finger slightly touching the inside of the bowl; which the only reason she was careful was because she didn't want to burn herself. When it came to the salad bowls she handed out, her finger was in each bowl. The hibachi was saltier than usual, and overall, the food just wasn't great. I would not recommend going to this location.

Very clean, beautiful & delicious sushi, amazing drinks, & the staff went above and beyond. No complaints and will definitely be back! These ladies sushi skills are 🤌🏻 incredible

He was very entertaining and fun and he sang us a song. Food was fresh and good. Very clean place.

New female hibachi chef was amazing!! Noodles were the best we ever had. Great service overall. Filling portions with lots of leftovers.

We had an amazing experience here for my daughter’s 12th birthday. The ages around the table went from 80’s to 1!! All were entertained. Adon sang to us while he cooked and got all of us involved singing, swaying, and clapping. When he was done cooking, and I thought it couldn’t possibly get any better than that, out he came with his guitar and sang loudly as he Serenaded the birthday girl! One of the best parts about it was that everybody knew the songs that he was singing. That was an experience like no other at a restaurant.

Just left Osaka for hibachi and WOW!! Adon (I hope I’m spelling it right) went above and beyond for our entertainment. Pulled out his guitar and played and sang with us and all!! Best time ever 🥰🥰

Surprised to find a decent sushi restaurant in the area. My brother said he loves the place so we went an had some decent food. The portions were large which I have mixed feelings on. On the one hand you get a lot for the money on the other hand a better quality and presentation also goes a long way. You also do not need to order as much when the items are that large. I guess they cater to the community they are in which makes sense. Overall I would go back again next time I am down in the area.

Never had a problem with Osaka until now. The service was okay at best, I don’t blame the server though the atmosphere was just terrible. I would be bored too. Me and my boyfriend split hibachi and the meat smelled ROTTEN. The steak tasted expired.? Not to mention there was a cockroach leg in my food!! Me and my baby were eating out of the same plate, I’m so disgusted??

Sabre was one of the best new servers of all time. Very attentive, explained everything and extremely friendly. The chef did extremely well as well, and the food was perfect. The owner was extremely kind and by far one of the best Japanese steakhouses I’ve been to in a long time

This place is definitely worth visiting if you’re in Houma.
