Owner rude. Said right when I walked in with my 2 kids that we could not do hibachi because it’s too expensive for one person. Told her I was ordering for 2 and 1 to go.. Chef did not communicate or interact with my kids at all. Did no entertainment for them yet still charged us the $100. ? waitress was the only person to treat us like humans and with respect.

This place used to be a great hibachi restaurant. It has gone downhill with no customer service and food is not good. We went on a Saturday for lunch and waitress was not happy at all to be there or to wait tables. She was rude and rushed us along. The hibachi cook did nothing at all but cook the food and put it on our plate. No show or conversation at all. We will not be going back.

Great experience. Fantastic service and the food was excellent.
My boyfriend and I came eat with some friends here and we all had an absolutely amazing time!! Our waitress, Alexis, was so friendly and quick to help us with everything we needed! She gave us PLENTY napkins!!? Our Hibachi Chef, Ben, made our hibachi experience so fun and memorable! His personality truly made the experience phenomenal. All of our hibachi dinners was cooked to perfection and tasted great. I even ordered sushi and gyoza soup and the kitchen staff did an amazing job on that as well! Our drinks from the bartender also tasted great! Overall, we had an extremely awesome time and we will definitely be back!!?
I wish I could have given ZERO stars! Reservations for +10 at a hibachi for 7pm, to be standing around until 7:30pm. Staff knew of reservations for days prior, and had no answers; but, stated it would at least another 15 minutes. Eventually got to talk to a manger who simply shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn’t in charge. Not a single person cared nor offered a resolution besides they can entertain the guest. We wanted to eat at a restaurant, not a damn circus! Just close the damn doors already!

Overall our visit was a pleasant one without any issues. Our waitress was polite, professional, and made several trips to check in with us, refill our drinks, and take the dishes from our table between courses. I had the scallop hibachi lunch. I was charged $2.50 extra for getting fried noodles instead of fried rice, but the noodles were good.The dynamite roll was good, but my coworkers refused to try it once I said that it was spicier than their old TNT roll that was taken off the menu a few years ago.The only negative to our visit was that the miso soup wasn't as flavorful as it was on our last visit, but I was also happy to see more seaweed in the miso soup than we had on our last visit.
