Outback Steakhouse

Our server was great but the food, not so much. The salad had brown lettuce in it. All of us ordered steaks & none of them were cooked to the proper temperature. It took quite a bit of time to receive our food & when we finally did, pretty sure it had been sitting at the pass for a little bit based on the temperature it was at when it arrived to our table. Atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately won't be returning since we spent a good amount of money for non-edible food.

Food was mediocre. We will not be visiting again. Depending on who thr chef is determines if the shrimp will be cooked completely or your steak done as requester. Service was excellent the girl was bubbly and very attentive.

I had an amazing dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Houma! It was definitely one of the best chain restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. I went with the classic surf & turf combo, and both the filet and lobster tail were absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful with that signature Outback sear. The lobster tail was juicy, buttery, and seasoned just right - dipped in the drawn butter, it was a total treat!

The asparagus had a great texture (not overcooked like in some places), and the side salad was fresh and crisp with all the right toppings. Everything was served quickly, and our server was attentive, friendly, and kept things running smoothly without being intrusive.

The whole meal, from presentation to flavor to service, was just perfect. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this Outback location delivers exactly what you’d hope for - solid food, good portions, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Well, first of all, our waiter was very inexperienced and rude. Took more than a minute for my drink. The restaurant was not busy. No excuse. Got it after my food came. Steak was burnt on one side. Order medium rare. To top things off you never rush your customers out the door when your eating. Let me enjoy my meal not be ask in advance "Is this separate tickets?" I would think you want your customers back instead of having to ask for the manager to complain about your service. The manager was very nice and apologizing for the waiter. Was not the manager fault. It was embarrassing for everyone. I pray next time I will be able to give a better review.

Drinks tasted like water, service was poor and food was not good. The green beans were the best thing from our 107.00 ticket. Machine at table didn’t work to pay. And we had to wait too long for the server. A lot of talking amongst staff and it affected the guest service.

We were seated right away and both service and food were awesome. Steaks were very flavorful and cooked to medium perfectly. Will certainly come back again for a wonderful dining experience.

Good steak and ribs

EDIT: I did go on the site and reach out to them, like they asked in this response. The manager called me, he apologized and stated that he was going to send us some vouchers, and asked that we give them another chance. WELL . . . SUPRISINGLY we NEVER received those vouchers!?!? So, what we experienced seems to be their NORMAL!! That was my FIRST and DEFINITELY my last there!!!

We were finished our appetizers BEFORE we received utensils and plates. Salad wasn't brought out when it was supposed to. Drink refills were slow. Entree was wrong, and didn't get a refill drink. So I ate my meal without any drink. Took forever to get my dessert. Tickets were messed up and wrong charges.The worst experience EVER!!!!!

Riley was amazing!! Hands down the best server on the Northshore! Food was great! Only complaint is the crayfish being imported when we are in lousiana is unacceptable

It was a very pleasant experience trying to eat and hearing the staff behind you talking about throwing up. The best part of all is that the manager was one of the people talking about vomiting around our table.
