Took over an hour to get our food the head waitress in the blue shirt was very rude. This was Saturday at 6 pm

I ordered To-Go and as I pulled up and opened my door to go inside, a young lady walked out, asked my name and presented me with my order. That in itself was superb! The food was great, got the 6oz sirloin(med)/Alice chicken combo. Both were spot on! The baked potato was not as great. It was well past it's prime, it was super brown on the inside, which indicated to me, it had been in the warmer for a hot minute. Nonetheless, I was able to push on and kill it. The Caesar salad was good too. I'm happy and full, I'm sure if you go, you will be to.

On January 3, 2026 approximately 230pm was seated promptly then we waited, no one asked what we were drinking. Then we waited, and waited and waited for 40 minutes. If appeard there were 3 servers, not many people in the restaurant. We were ignored until we stood up and left. Probably not a big deal to Outback but, judging on how many people were there, they really can't afford to lose loyal customers. Went to Copeland's instead. By-by Outback.

Bread flavorless, overcooked steak.. butter is salted palm oil sludge, not milk cream based real butter.
Salad wilted, floppy, no crunch, extra sauce barely enough.
Blooming onion almost burnt overcooked on outside, crunchy undercooked onion inside.

I regret every single bite I took.

Waiter took forever to get our drinks forgot my sides and was told they will get it but never showed up after waiting 20minutes never showed up

Went to houma,la location for veterans day. Service was slow but server was nice. Food was warm,burger n steak.asked for well done on both steak n burger both came med well. Fries was soggy.long time between service with meals. Bout the best things was onion mum n dessert which took long to receive. Won't be back for awhile just not the same resturant.Maybe management or just young work force.

Overpriced and just very downhill from what they used to be. The Houma location is one of the most awful Outbacks you can go to. Figured I’d give them one LAST try, but it’s still as bad as it’s been for many years now. Asked for the Filet Mignon (which seemed pricy but I wanted to try it), and it was WAY too seasoned. Seasoning used was not even good, and it tasted like a pot roast- and the sad thing is I could’ve made a better pot roast than this filet mignon for much LESS at home if that’s what I wanted. I ordered Aussie fries and a salad on the side, the server suggested bacon and cheese added, and I added this to the fries. When I tell you that these fries were practically glued together and tasted horrible, it was unfathomably bad. The fries looked and tasted like they went heat this in the microwave with no care. Flavor was foul and I hated even eating the few that I tried. Me and my friend split a bill of $100 and in my opinion for what we received it was a heavily disappointing experience. This was my last try, and instead of returning to Outback, I’m going to Backout and never COME back. Texas Roadhouse across the street is MUCH better quality of food and a greater value than this garbage establishment, and the only reason Outback received my money today was because Texas Roadhouse wouldn’t open until 3:00 PM and we were trying to eat for 1:00 PM. The only thing I can say is that the server was very kind, and none of this is her fault, but on the kitchen’s quality control. She was the only highlight of the experience. 0/10 DO NOT go here, you’re wasting your time.

Our server was great but the food, not so much. The salad had brown lettuce in it. All of us ordered steaks & none of them were cooked to the proper temperature. It took quite a bit of time to receive our food & when we finally did, pretty sure it had been sitting at the pass for a little bit based on the temperature it was at when it arrived to our table. Atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately won't be returning since we spent a good amount of money for non-edible food.

Food was mediocre. We will not be visiting again. Depending on who thr chef is determines if the shrimp will be cooked completely or your steak done as requester. Service was excellent the girl was bubbly and very attentive.

I had an amazing dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Houma! It was definitely one of the best chain restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. I went with the classic surf & turf combo, and both the filet and lobster tail were absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful with that signature Outback sear. The lobster tail was juicy, buttery, and seasoned just right - dipped in the drawn butter, it was a total treat!

The asparagus had a great texture (not overcooked like in some places), and the side salad was fresh and crisp with all the right toppings. Everything was served quickly, and our server was attentive, friendly, and kept things running smoothly without being intrusive.

The whole meal, from presentation to flavor to service, was just perfect. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this Outback location delivers exactly what you’d hope for - solid food, good portions, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
