Service was the worst! First we were seated and waited 45 mins before we were asked for our drink order. It was 12:30pm lunch on a Tuesday. Our appetizer came out fast along with one order. Our other orders took over 30 mins to come out. It was not a good time for a first time experience. And was not kid friendly. Had no kid's menu?

Order my food went pick it up my blooming onion was over cooked ( real dark) could taste the grease. My bites of steak wasn't well done was very salty and chewy,bread was nasty pasta was dried out. Service on phone and in person was crappy was told to go to exit sign and someone would be able to help me took 7 minutes to get her in there and didn't ask if I needed anything else smelled like Roaches in that area

My welldone steak was very good. Cheese fries was wonderful piping hot and like its fresh and served from stove to my table.My son had chicken with broccoli and mac cheese plate. He looks quite satified. He rave about his side orders. Barely could eat his chicken even tho he was already getting full from the cheese fries. He said chicken is really good. He is gonna finish it at home when his stomach allow him. LolWaitress was very friendly and wonderful. I was impressed with him.My son and I walked away very full and quite satisfied.

Taylor the manager, and Brenden, our server were amazing. The food was on point. Never had a better steak. The service was fast and the food was appetizing. All in all it was a great experience, especially since Outback was chosen as a first date. Definitely would recommend!Kid-friendliness: It is a very polite atmosphere for your children and there’s a kids menu.

I happened to be in town for work, decided on a steak, and Outback was close to my hotel. I placed an online order with my steak prepared, "Medium." It was severely over cooked, it was "well done (picture of my actual steak and how it should have been prepared based on their definition AND mine)." Although I was unable to eat the overcooked/dry steak, my baked potato and steamed veggies were great! The staff was friendly! If I visit/order again, to go, I would DEFINITELY cut my steak before leaving.

Honestly I had no problem with the service but the food is horrible. One the portions are small especially for the burgers. Two I ordered the Queensland pasta. So watery and unseasoned. Felt like eating unseasoned heavy cream noodles. The chicken there definitely isn’t fresh either. The grilled part peels off easy and just doesn’t have a lot of flavor. The only thing I enjoyed about my pasta was the shrimp. And u can’t mess up shrimp. And all this food is not cheap either. I’d get more of my fill at mc Donald’s than here. The service was nice though. Just not their food. Every time I have come here willingly or not, they he food is trash.
