Customer service lacking. I pull up to the restaurant at 9:01 . The door clearly says the dining room closes at 9:30. The doors are locked so in knock and one hears till I start pulling at the door obnoxiously. The young lady is already cleaning up for the night. She tells me the holiday hours are until 9. Which makes little sense to me why hours would be shortened on a Monday. I pull up to the drive—thru where it clearly states the specific days are. Thanksgiving- Black Friday- Christmas- New a years etc. basics 5 specific days. Once again it seems like everyone was more concerned with going home than with serving the customer. Since there three closers I just don’t believe that none of them didn’t read their own store sign and know it was 5 specific days. Turning customers away at the door just to go home early…
Food was fine. Portions were than ideal. Won’t be going back.

Was a good restaurant until recently went there at 9:36 PM and was told the drive thru closes at 9:30PM but the door and google hours show till 10:00 PM either update your hours to what you operate your business or quit hiring lazy workers who just sweep trash behind appliances and lets it build up for the repair guy not wanting to touch the dirty appliances and close your store early just cause they want to get off work early.
Terrible, terrible terrible what is this place? I never seen a place that is so bad before in my life don’t come here if you are black white, Asian Chinese Japanese or anything

They said we were waiting on fresh greens.
Waited 20+ mins at drive thru.
Grabbed bag and off to the hotel.
#1 sweet tea was awful.
couldn't drink more then one sip!
Got to hotel.
0 greens. after all that time, the one thing we waiting on wasn't even in the bag!
We should have had one orange chicken and ine honey sesame chicken.
Both were orange chicken.
It was edible but absolutely not worth ordering again.
Fir such a new restaurant you would think they'd have it together better than that!
Disappointed! No More Panda!

Guys, I fear my experience was alright. The food was great, and the staff was nice. However, the communication between the workers is a bit hectic. I went up to the cashier to pay, and I kid you not, she just stood there for like 2 minutes😭 she was so sweet, though, when she finally talked to us. Anyways, slay ig😔

Garbage. Might as well call my noodles a head of cabbage. Go to a real Chinese place if you want actual good Chinese food.

i tried Panda 🐼 Express recently for the first time,i went back today to use my $8 plate coupon from my app,my 1st. trip i got fried rice, chicken and mushrooms and black pepper sirloin steak-it was quite tasty, today i got chow mein noodles, honey walnut shrimp and black pepper chicken-very delicious 😋,i've also tried the spring rolls and the egg rolls- good,i had to wait both times to get fresher food because the items i wanted were low on the line and didn't look as hot,the staff is very accommodating and polite, very clean establishment.

I found a choice is not to be a lot. The header 10 choices of the protein in the headache rolls and side stuff. What I had heard about this place for the name basically, was it the food was fantastic. I found it overrated.$10 is a good price. But on a three compartment tray the biggest compartment was filled with fried rice. The protein I ordered seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while. The edges were hard and tough to chew. Had a good flavor but it was still tough to chew. With a drink I spent about almost $14 to $15. I didn't find that a good price. When I could have drove to the other end of a parking lot sit down had many more choices and could go back for seconds for $18 to $20.
I was really kind of disappointed. Maybe I expected too much because of all the advertisement.
Parking: Lots of parking right outside the building
Kid-friendliness: Inside have tables for chairs they have replaced reserved for wheelchairs to come to the table but there's plenty of room for kids and family
Wheelchair accessibility: Kirby's setup for wheelchair entrance and there's tables inside with wheelchair access just move a chair and you real right up to the table.

It's...fine. I guess. Nothing glaringly wrong. Greens were undercooked. Fried rice is very bland. Rangoon was pretty good. Chicken tasted pretty good but I only got little pieces of debris.
Might go back to try a couple more things, but I'm finding it hard to imagine coming here instead of just going to one of our local Chinese restaurants.

Not happy with the extra $1.50 for certain items. Just put correct prices to start with. Entrees are small in my opinion and not good options for sides. But food taste good

Amazing as always. Just like every Panda Express I go to, and I have been to a lot across the country. Only difference in southern Louisiana, we are use to more seasoning. I recommended if you get fried rice, just add some soy sauce or one of the entrees gravy over it.
