Let me preface this by saying this is Pizza Hut as a whole. I'm giving this store in particular high marks for service because they've almost always been on the ball. But the food is universally the same no matter what store you go to.It is a sad day. This is the pizza I grew up on. It's what made pizza my favorite food. It was one of the biggest parts of my childhood. It's where I went for my birthday meals.Watching it decline over the years has been painful. But it's finally done it. Pizza Hut has gotten so bad that I genuinely don't like it anymore. I would rather a frozen red baron.It doesn't taste good. It doesn't have a good texture. And it's barely even there. I go pick up a box with a large three topping pizza, and it feels empty.And the increasing prices just make it insane to even consider buying this product anymore.So Pizza Hut. Lifetime fan signing off. Goodbye forever.

The pizzas I ordered at the Pizza Hut on St. Charles St. in Houma, LA were horrible! They were dry, hard, and had very little toppings on them. I don’t plan to purchase from this location, again. Thank you!

Order came messed up but John fixed it promptly and couldn’t have been more apologetic.Dumpy chick with the bad Viking wannabe cut needs to learn customer service and speak to her coworkers with more respect. Perhaps pizza making is too difficult for you, advanced auto parts is hiring, you can go mess things up over there.
