I really enjoy going to PJ's it's a great alternative to Big named coffee places. The coffee is great the service is stellar I really enjoy going.

Atmosphere...it always smells as if something is burning and you leave with the same burning stench.
Service...2 ladies.One at the window, the other fixing food. No greeting no acknowledgement. Stood there for 3 minutes.. Nothing! I finally said good morning, then someone finally spoke. I asked for the strawberry pastry in the back..it didn't look as dry and hard. She ran and grabbed the driest one. I tried to tell her no, but I said forget it. No thank you...no have a good day...NOTHING! I was the only one on the inside and there was no car in the drive through when I walked out. Food..coffee is good. I work 2 minutes away and assoon as I bit it and chewed...I spit it out because it was cold and dry.

I’ve been coming for months and clearly something happened at the houma store because it has been incredibly slow lately and the employees are not as nice as they used to be. They need to bring back the old employees. This was the only store that was good at being quick while also making my drink taste accurate.

It’s a New Orleans coffee chain. The store was tidy and cozy, decorated for the season. Service was fast,friendly, and professional. Coffee was as expected, with many choices for every taste. There was variety of sweet and savory pastries. Bathroom was clean!

I understand people have things going on in their lives, but the girl behind the counter didn't have to roll her eyes when we walked in the door. That's the only complaint from the visit, everything else was hot and tasted
