Awful service and experience. I arrived an hour before closing and pulled in through drive thru but no one answered for minutes despite me calling out so I pulled around where they continued to rush me through my order as though I was bothering them. The entire restaurant may not be bad but night shift definitely has the worst customer service imaginable. Definitely won’t be returning and strongly suggest everyone else does the same. My host was Antwoneisia.
UPDATE: We chose to get a refund after waiting over 16 minutes for our food meanwhile there were hardly any customers and nobody was in the lobby either. Whoever owns this Popeyes needs to do a lot better with this raggedy restaurant.

I’m a door dasher, the lobby was closed around 8:00 P.M So i went to the drive though. The lady had first told me “I’ll be right with you” 30 seconds later her mic starts cutting. So i wait about 5 minutes then i decide to go to the window since it’s a doordash order it should be ready, it was ready 7 minutes ago. I get to the window and i say “doordash for ****” she then says “Next time you need to order at the mic” and hands me the food. I Tried correcting her and she slammed the window in my face.

placed an order online and when we arrived there was only another car. when we got to the window they told us to pull up right when we got to the window. we stayed there for almost TWENTY MINUTES while cars kept passing and leaving. (all we had was 3 piece tenders and 2 spicy sandwhiches). FINALLY when we got our order we left and got home to find out everything except the sauces were completely wrong. all i wanted was my 3 tenders 😭
