Online order with pickup through the drive-thru. They should be fired. They got order wrong, thankfully I checked the bag. I had to ask 3 times to get what I ordered and was given an attitude for asking for what I ordered. Very rude lazy individuals.

Need to fire the whole night crew pulled up 30 mins before they closed . No one answered me when I tried to order so I pulled up to the window . Had to bump the horn to get someone’s attention . The lady had a very bad attitude . But she let me order and get my food . They had cars pulling in and pulling off because no one was taking orders .

There's a young girl at this location that usually has a reddish, orangish wig and her attitude is absolutely disgusting. There's not a time I've gone there and she was at the window that she didn't have a nasty attitude/look on her face. I'm not saying you have to put on a fake smile every minute, fast food workers are human too, but to be rude and have a stank attitude every time is unacceptable.

Whoever worked today was terrible. I placed an online order and not only did it take 10 min for them to even speak to me at the window, the girl taking the orders was rude. I told her the name for the order and she started yelling at her co workers in the background. She said “for Autumn” and I assumed she was asking me so I said yes. She rudely told me she wasn’t talking to me & told me to pull up. I pulled up and was handed my order. I asked for extra sauce. The lady told me no and slammed the window on me. Worst experience ever.
