We pulled up to the window and the lady I couldn’t even hear and they had no Mac and cheese and they gave us not what we ordered and patato is bland asf and they didn’t give us enough sauce or napkins or even a spoon had to wash my own

Order pickup online said it was going to be ready at 11:20 got there 11:15 pulled up said they will bring out 11:37 recieved food only to get home and was missing my LG fries and 5 biscuits that was supposed to come with chicken which I had the family meal for $30 plus order extra LG side only to fond out they didn't have it so cool substitute it which they did ,never ordering from that side of town again!

Went to Popeyes on Grand Caillou Rd and the service was great.. I think the young lady who took my order said her name is Keyon, she greeted me and thanked me with a smile, with no wait. That's worth going from west (5mins from one) to east side.

Store number 13561 on grand caillou road Houma is exceptional. Employees every one of them were friendly and efficient. Food was fast and good. Restaurant was clean. It was a very pleasant experience. Good job 13561!

So I ordered a 3 piece of chicken mild all dark meat. And it was very dry and u could taste something different about the oil they used. Put sitting in the dining room area in the middle area of the sealing they had mold and bad water marking. It's sicking with it being a new place built .
