If I could give the place negative stars for service I would. I went there on a Monday night and wanted to order a simple ice cream cone but I couldn't. I wasn't in a car so I walked up to the window that they serve people on foot and I was absolutely seen by two employees and they both completely ignored me as I stood there. One even came up to the register right at the window and ignored me with a smirk on his face. I hate to say it but it felt like there were racist vibes coming from the place. I'm white and the people working were black and there was one Hispanic person as well. I know they saw me as I made eye contact with them several times while I stood there yet they completely ignored me and like I said one of them had a smirk on his face the whole time. I

Overall it is an okay experience at this location the food is as to be expected from Rally's, but in my opinion the specific location really needs to work on outside a little and also utilize the second drive tru window.
