Food is great but only thing is I wish rallys.had different type of fries and wish rallys.had bigger hamburgers rite across the street burger kings burgers are alot bigger for same price range but rallys employees are alot more friendly they are always excited to see you at the window.

Omg food was disgusting, fries were over salted ordered strips and were horrible and i paid 14 dollars just for one combo, save time and just throw your money in the trash
Awesome fries! Great service!Get the fries, they’re great!This location is obviously managed well.The line moves quickly and the service was friendly. We had a very large order and everything tasted great. The young girl at the window was nice. Believe her name was Maleah.

The day of the reopening on Feb 14 @930, I was expecting to eat the freshest rally’s fries and their best burger being I was one of the 1st 10 customers, we waited in the parking lot til it open because I was excited about rally’s being back open, I was very disappointed in the fries, burger, and the drink. The fries was undercooked and burger bread was soggy. I order a sweet tea and it taste like they mix it with hose pipe water. However the service and the young people that was working there was very polite and ready to served.

I myself am this is a manager at another restaurant and I must say if my employees give customer service like they did today about 3:15 p.m. sit outside in the heat cuz it's hot today as I walked up from my break from my job and received the worst customer service I've ever had in my life I literally had to butt in somebody through the drive-thru order and ask him if they not taking walk up they said yeah when we find someone to help you ma'am you'll get helped still waiting for a little longer still no help people that drive through was even trying to order my food cuz they saw how ridiculous it was I will never in my life you think about spending money at Rally's on the east side of houma ever AGAIN!! and will spread the word to everyone I know not to do the same
