Person taking order doesn't listen while taking order. Ordered 2 burgers and drink. Wrong size drink. Both burgers came with wrong fixings and dried out with burnt edges. Just give up and shut this place down.

The service went down bad. I took my girlfriend for a late night date and we sat for 40-45 minutes with the red button pressed to order and had to press it a second time to order our food. The girl who came bring our food (emiah) was rude. No greeting at all just shoved my drink in my truck and dropped the sauces on the ground and walked away after rolling her eyes. For $40 worth of food and a crappy experience we could have went to dairy queen and atleast got the correct drink. Worst drive in in houma.

This has to be one of the worst sonics that I have ever been to. Half the time there screens are not working properly and when they are they are super slow. I can get food faster at a dine in restaurant. Not to mention that the place is very run down.

I placed an online order the meat on the sandwich was old and dried out and my chili cheese tots were soggy you can tell they been up a minute smh and that’s why I don’t like fast food

One of my favorite fast food hamburgers. The only problem I have with them is that, like a lot of people nowadays, I rarely have cash on me, and my card usually doesn't work in the drive-in stalls. They should be upgraded to accept chipped debit cards. That seems to work with no problems, but it doesn't work well with the magnetic strip.

After receiving the sundaes/blizzards my friends and I ordered we noticed they were all missing something. The Java-jolt only consisted of the caramel and ice cream nothing else. And the strawberry sundae was missing the nuts and cherry. Another of my friends ordered the chocolate chunk brownie blast where there wasn’t any pieces of brownie. Highly disappointed I’m sure they used what they left out to make a blast/sundae of their own.

Just now Ordered a dragon fruit charger and it wasnt even dragon fruit just fizzie water with redbull it tasted awefull. Ordered a toaster and you could tell it was fried in old nasty grease. I cant believe i paid $15 dollars for this....
