Was at the end of the day whenever I went and the drive up machine card reader wasn't working at the time. Only problem with my food was they gave me diet instead of regular which they swiped out for me. Kinda pricey but good comfort food

Literally the best Sonic I’ve ever been too. Not only was it extremely clean, but the customer service was outstanding. I got to meet the new general manager, Diego and he was so professional and friendly. I can definitely see a difference in the overall quality of customer service and food. Oh and the food!! By far the best looking burger I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything was made exactly to order and so fresh. The new management definitely turned this place around and because of him and the quality of the food, I will be a returning customer for life!!

Person taking order doesn't listen while taking order. Ordered 2 burgers and drink. Wrong size drink. Both burgers came with wrong fixings and dried out with burnt edges. Just give up and shut this place down.

The Honest Critic
The service went down bad. I took my girlfriend for a late night date and we sat for 40-45 minutes with the red button pressed to order and had to press it a second time to order our food. The girl who came bring our food (emiah) was rude. No greeting at all just shoved my drink in my truck and dropped the sauces on the ground and walked away after rolling her eyes. For $40 worth of food and a crappy experience we could have went to dairy queen and atleast got the correct drink. Worst drive in in houma.

This has to be one of the worst sonics that I have ever been to. Half the time there screens are not working properly and when they are they are super slow. I can get food faster at a dine in restaurant. Not to mention that the place is very run down.
I placed an online order the meat on the sandwich was old and dried out and my chili cheese tots were soggy you can tell they been up a minute smh and that’s why I don’t like fast food

One of my favorite fast food hamburgers. The only problem I have with them is that, like a lot of people nowadays, I rarely have cash on me, and my card usually doesn't work in the drive-in stalls. They should be upgraded to accept chipped debit cards. That seems to work with no problems, but it doesn't work well with the magnetic strip.
