We love spigots! They are creative with their dishes offering plenty of the cajun staples with a twist. Everything had been delicious. They are family friendly (brought our 1 year old and 2.5 year old) and the staff was excellent with quick friendly service. We especially love the pretzels, and travel 45m to get it as a treat.

Good food and nice environment. Employees seem nice. However, although our waitress was nice, her service skills needed a little help. Refills were a difficult task for her. We just had to get up walk the six steps and ask the bar for assistance.

Overall, our party had a great experience. I was a little underwhelmed by the atomic pineapple chicken wings. They weren't really spicy at all and I didn't get much pineapple flavor from them. Visually, they looked amazing. Actually, all the dishes that were ordered looked stunning! No one left dissatisfied with their choice of appetizer or entree. Even though I rarely ever drink, the food and decor are more than adequate for a date.

So I have been twice, both times I have sat at the bar. Service was really good, and friendly. Most recent time was late In the day. The restaurant was definitely winding down, but they made it clear they wanted us to enjoy ourselves, and dont be in a rush. Food was really good each time I ate there. The drinks we ordered where really good aswell.

been going to Spigot's for quite a while now and it never disappoints. the service and atmosphere is great and its always nice and clean. the food is really good and at a very good price point...the burgers are excellent and the pub fries are amazing...always my go-to when I'm really hungry and wasn't something hearty and flavorful. the in-house beers are exceptional as well HIGHLY recommend

I went to spigots today and it had hair in my dip. I told the waitress it had hair in my dip and she took it back and said she will fix it. The manager came out with the same dip in hand that I returned, and he insinuated that I put the hair in the dip. I then tried to explain that the dip had the hair in the dip. He then said my sister put the hair in the dip. He kept saying half price for the dip but I never said I wanted the dip discounted. Mind you l have very curly hair so I couldn't have put a very long strand of straight black hair in my food. I know things happen and I wasn't blaming anyone bc it was a mistake. I told him I don't have an issue with the dip. I told him the issue was I didn't want dip with hair. He was very condescending Towards me, and my family. Saul Lecompt was very distasteful as a manager. He even told me and my family we can leave bc I told him that he can take it back bc I don't want it anymore and I told him he can go because he was being very rude to me and my family, then he tells me and my family y'all can go too. Very rude. I never raised my voice at him as much as I wanted to. My mother was there and was very embarrassed in from of the guest there. For him to bring the dip back to the table and say that I put the hair in there is nothing a manager should have done. I had one bit of the dip when I noticed the hair in the dip after I stirred it up. I will never rerun back to that place. And to think my family loved the food there. We even had bday parties there multiple time and to be treated like that by management was horrible. He kept saying his team did not put the hair in there like I was trying to blame someone for trying to put the hair in my food. He kept over talking me. Barely let me get a word in unless he was over talking me and not wanting to even hear me out. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK THERE.
