I love Starbucks there expensive but good. I have ham and chesses crosant and Carmel ribbon crunch with 3 extra shots of Expresso. Love it every time I go there. I got the biggest coffee they have. I don't share mine

There was a younger gentleman working the morning of Thanksgiving around 5:30-6am. I went in to get my coffee that was ready through my app and he was very outgoing and had a great energy! Called me by my name after grabbing my coffee, and greeted me good holidays again. Very pleasant! Awesome job.

Walked in and was not even greeted or asked anything. I stood there as one item at a time was placed on the counter slowly for my order. 3 empty bags that were supposed to be muffins was placed there with my order still nothing was said to me and was never asked if i needed anything. I had to ask them about my muffins as I became impatient only to find out that they were out. I had to ask for them to bag all items into one bag. I was refunded, but had to go through an act of congress to even get that back. I normally never have an issue but today was super busy this morning and the staff were stressed and could not keep up all while the manager sat there at a table visible to guests on his computer unnoticed by the long lines or his team being overwhelmed. Yall should maybe look for a better leader for this location.

I've ordered the same thing here a couple times, so far everything was good- i'm just a bit disappointed that I'm missing some of the things I paid for though I assume it was due to a trainee employee. Regardless if you don't have something, you should let someone know before they buy it.

Rude employees. No customer service. Don't greet or speak to new customers who walk in. Then are rude and have attitudes acting like it's your fault for not being able to talk to them.
