Ok ok I like! The staff were excellent & Erica really went above and beyond to help us! My coffee spilled & she replaced it with no issues!

Rude employees. No customer service. Don't greet or speak to new customers who walk in. Then are rude and have attitudes acting like it's your fault for not being able to talk to them.

This must be one crazy busy Starbucks as it took over 30 minutes for a Frappe and Ice latte. We ordered inside. The drinks were fine when they arrived so maybe pre ordering via app way in advance could be an option.

As I sit here waiting for my drink for over 30 minutes I have witnessed one employee be rude to customers in a way that is unprofessional. It was to the point of the customer canceling their order. For me it was not bad other than the long wait and unorganized placement of drinks. The store was clean and the food was good.

I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks because they open at 4:30 am. Or that's when they're supposed to open. Every other time I come here they are open by 4:30 am. Now today, with 4 to 5 people in the store, they tell me that they are not open. This is bullshit. If you advertise that you open at 4:30 am. Then that's what you do. Get yalls shit together and be responsible.
